What it specifically means is I used it to finally teach me to meditate. I knew what meditation was, I knew how to do it, but I sucked at it. And it was through finally using muse that my mind would wander off as it always did. The muse would tell me my mind had wandered off and bring me back to my focused attention practice. And then I could go, oh, this is what I'm supposed to be doing.
And I generate new ideas during that time that are far different than I might have generated in any other space than say, you know, if I were to, I don't know, take a heroic dose of psilocybin or go to plant medicine or some, some of the kind of massive mind shifting activity. It's just simply sitting quiet in the morning that I personally have developed a ton of ideas for my business, my personal life, et cetera. Did you, do you find that meditation has worked for you in terms of developing ideas for the company?
