Hey, I want to show you something really cool. I got this one, two combo I've been doing to just open up my whole back, my shoulders. You know, a lot of guys like me are at a computer during the day, were hunched over like this. Or even if you're a cyclist, or a lot of times if you're just doing a lot of bench pressing push ups, tight anterior shoulder capsules and pecs. And also sometimes a tight back or a curvature in the back is slightly forward. So this thing, I just picked it up, it works super well. I forget what it's called, but I'll put a link in the video for you. But basically you just lean back like this. You roll yourself back, back, back over. It feels so good on the spine. And then what I'll do for an increased fascial stretching, this is kind of based on the principles of Eldoa E L D O. A deep self inflicted myofascial stretching is I'll point my. I'll extend all my fingers and just take my shoulder capsules and try and traction them as far as far back behind me as I can. And I'll hold a position like this for about one to two minutes and just stretch everything.
And oh my gosh, it feels so good. And then what I'll do, this isn't necessary to have both of these, but then this one's called a body align. And I'll sit down in this and put both hands here and then lean back, open up the whole spine, hold this stretch for about three seconds.
And then come back to my starting position. And I'll do about like 5 to 10 reps of this. And so I've got both of these kind of the floor next to my office. And I'll just stop one or two times during the day and go through that quick routine. And if you have back problems or you know, shoulder posture problems, it's amazing for posture. So there's a couple, couple new toys for you.
