Yo, it's me, Ben. I just got back from one of the best freaking runs of my life. I haven't had to put my water in my hair kind of get it, get it rearranged after that run. There we go. Amazing. Montgomery, Alabama. Trailside run out there by the river. And I killed it. I got an hour in. I don't know what my pace was. I was just. I was. I was running naked. Not literally naked, but unplugged. I didn't have a single piece of hardware on my body aside from just me fricking running. And I felt amazing. I felt like I had three lungs. Three lungs. I was a three lunged, not naked mutant running down the running trails in Montgomery, Alabama. Why am I telling you all this? Because I want to show you something. You may have listened to the podcast that I did with this dude who's crazy. He's like.
He trialed for the Olympic teams in swimming. He climbs mountains all over the globe. And he's this devotee of finding anything that makes your lungs work better. Like, that's his gig is like, he looks for specific nutrients all over the planet that specifically help your lungs work better. You know, like, some stuff is for the brain and some stuff is for sex, and some stuff is for. Is for building muscle. But this guy's just like, lungs, I want to build people better lungs. So I interviewed him on the podcast. The podcast is at BenGreenfieldFitness.com Craig because his name is Craig Dinkle. And the thing that we talk about, in addition to all of his mountaineering and swimming and how he used to eat like 25 piece buckets of Kentucky Fried Chicken before he'd go out and do his swimming. Until he learned better. We talked about nutrients that actually help with things like adrenal activation of lung tissue, red blood cell production, erythropoietin without actually doping and shoving needles into your right butt cheek. And what he sent me after we chatted was an upgrade of his formulation. So what we talk about in that podcast is biotropic. Biotropic. You can check it out@BenGreenfieldFitness.com BioTropic but he added, quote, Chlorella to it. And if you've heard about chlorella, it basically synthesizes ATP in your body when UVA and UVB light from the sun hits your body. Now, it's got a lot of other cool parameters, but that's because it has chlorophyll in it. So just like plants use chlorophyll to photosynthesize and produce ATP. Humans can use chlorophyll too. We don't have to eat Kentucky Fried Chicken, believe it or not, or Gatorade. Right? So this stuff has beetroot, which we know is good for the blood and it's also good for carrying oxygen to tissue for vasodilation. It's got organic chlorella, certified organic chlorella. So this is very similar to like the blue green algae stuff that we talk about in that podcast. And again, that's@BenGreenfieldFitness.com Craig it's got cordyceps which we talk about. Also adrenal activation of lung tissue. Amazing fungus like things kind of funky, but it's one of those things that like Sherpas who guide people at Mount Ever. So how can you get your hands on this stuff? You go to BenGreenfieldFitness.com BioTropic and you use code BEN to save 20% off of your third lung. It's BenGreenfulFitness.com BioTropical. That's what the bottle looks like. Enjoy this stuff. Enjoy the feeling. Have a great workout. See you next time.
