A short video segment by Ben Simpson explaining that crypto markets follow a predictable four-year cycle centered on Bitcoin's halving event. He outlines four stages—hope, euphoria/blow-off top, sell-off/bear market (fear/desperation), and accumulation—and advises buying during hope and accumulation. The speaker states the market is currently in stage two (euphoria) and emphasizes tracking global liquidity alongside the cycle.

Most crypto investors think the market acts completely randomly, when in fact it actually tracks a predictable four year cycle. Now, the four year cycle in crypto is all built around the halving event. The halving is when the bitcoin supply that comes into circulation halves every single four years. And this chart here is the cheat sheet of Wall Street. All right? This is predictable across any market. We start to see these four different sectors. Now, not only does the four year cycle play out, you've also got to track global liquidity. There's a lot of other things that happen, but the big most important part is this is where we start to see hope in sage. One, stage two is when we have the euphoria blow off top. Three is when we have the sell off and we head into the bear market when there start to be fear, desperation. And four is when we start to have that accumulation period and it starts again. Obviously the best time to buys are in hope and in accumulation. Right now we're in stage two. As we head into this bull market, we're going to see that blow off top, then there's going to be pain. Usually two years of sideways movement and we start again. This is actually quite predictable if you think about it. Zoom out, you follow this and you're going to win. In crypto.
