Most investors are guessing right now...

The danger in your crypto portfolio is not bitcoin going to zero and not the bull market ending and not whether or not the four year cycle is dead or not. It's you not acting on a plan, it's you shooting from the hip, hoping that someone online is telling you the right thing to do and you guessing based on your portfolio. We as investors at Collective Shift and our analysts look at certain trend lines, certain opportunities and certain directions of the market to act on. And if that plays out, or if it doesn't play out, we adjust our portfolio accordingly. What happened over the last few weeks is that trend line started to break down below 95,000. We acted on our plan, we reduced our altcoin exposure and in the short term we protected for the downside. That's exactly what's happening now. The medium to long term hasn't changed. We are still very bullish in middle to end of next year, we're still highly, highly convicted. There will be liquidity and we're going to see markets come back. But in the short term, we acted on the plan that we had and that is how we've been able to protect the portfolio to the downside. It's those that don't have a plan that all of a sudden get new data and information and don't act on it because of hope and feeling that you don't want to lose that, that hope that your portfolio is going to be at certain numbers. That is not a strategy. Hope is not a strategy. You have to have a plan and act upon it. And in the short term, that is why we've gone more risk off to ensure that the portfolio is protected. And then once that liquidity starts to come back, once we start to see these fundamental indicators and tailwinds that we've been waiting for play out, then we act and we adjust our portfolio again. It's based on probabilities and executing a plan and not hoping. And that's been my biggest learning in crypto the last eight years, that hope is not a strategy.
