The video emphasizes rapid company growth (team expansion, increased ad spend), product and education scaling (group strategy sessions, new head of education), operational challenges (retention, US expansion), and investments in health and productivity. The tone is growth-focused, pragmatic, and promotional with frequent operational detail.

Chapters
Welcome back to the vlog. We are here at the W Hotel in Brisbane. For the next few days are going to be absolutely insane.
We're up here because I'm a guest on our podcast today on one of the largest crypto podcasts in the country.
We've also just hired a new team member up here in Brisbane who I haven't met yet. So about to go see Zen.
Zen, I've literally got a fly back because I have a massive meeting with Travis out, one of our executives who we're about to bring on and I need to negotiate a massive deal with him.
So I need to be two places at once. I'm getting a PJ for the first time ever, which is absolutely bananas. I could imagine of ever flying private.
And then also tomorrow we have our biggest virtual conference.
Challenge at the moment is we hit our biggest month ever. A couple months ago we hit seven figures and now we are trying to get consistent seven figure months. And that's kind of the hard thing because we have to scale the team. So in the last three months we've gone from eight people on our team to 20. So we've been hiring like across the board. But now like we're going to the 20 people. Like in the next year or so we'll probably be in like the, you know, probably 40 to 50 employee range. So trying to hire executives to like lead different teams. We got people in the sales team, the client success team. We've got analysts we're hiring for now not only in Australia because we're going heavily in the US We've also got. We need to grow a US office as well. So trying to grow a seven figure month, month by month, consistent, keep retention up and then grow the US office as well. That's the big focus at the moment. So pretty chill.
So we're on catch up with Zen at the moment. He's one of our new employees on our sales team. So he's member growth, enrollment and yeah, he's one of our first employees up here in Brisbane. So we went in Brisbane, Sunny coast, hides buyer. Then we've got, yeah, across Sydney, Perth, Melbourne, Adelaide. I tried to keep the team as fast as I could in Melbourne, but find like really good analysts and specialists in our space in crypto is really hard to find. Nice to meet you. Good to see you. This is Josh.
So this is Xan, our new first Brisbane employee. Man. Yeah. Also a vlogger and videographer. Yes. Check out my YouTube channel like and subscribe. Yeah, but I didn't know I Didn't realize you're in like videography stuff. Yeah, you were telling me that I was checking out your insta. I'm like, yeah, man.
So we're here at the swiftex office. We're doing the Tapping Into Crypto podcast. This is swiftex hq. Not entirely sure how much we're able to show you because these exchanges are like fully dialed in on the security. But yeah, guests here on the podcast. It's gonna be fun. I've been on this podcast a few times. They're one of the biggest in the country for their podcast, Tapping into Crypto. They've been doing it for a long time and my good mate Greg is now the new head of partnerships here at SwiftX. So yeah, he's gonna be on the podcast, I think so. I don't know what we're talking about. We usually just rock up. We're right on time. Let's see how we go. Hey, Pav. Hey mate. Very good, mate, very good. This is Josh.
So with Swyftex, Greg's now the new head of partnerships, but we write a lot of content for SwiftX, which is cool. And we also refer a lot of clients. So SwiftX is who I use for my trading and then. Yeah. Oh, here he is. Speak of the king. How are you, bro? Good to see ya. We're just on the vlog, mate. This is Ryan from. This is Josh. Yeah.
We refer a lot of our high net worth clients to Ryan. A lot of viewers, mate, of your fans work with you, mate. Yeah, yeah, guys, yeah, Ryan and all the crew, they do all our trading and we refer a lot of our platinum clients to the OTC desk. A lot of people don't know but if you use the spot exchange on a lot of the major exchanges, like you just get railed when you're spending a lot of money. So if you're more than 25k OTC with you guys, mate, that's the play.
I think the four year cycle was, is a good narrative but I don't think there's been enough data to really confirm that that's going to be here forever. Audio all just wrapped up in the podcast. Been on there a few times. We spoke about like macro, where we're going, where's the top going to be, little 20 minute episode. Always like to ask them a few questions as well, like how they grow the podcast and their sort of growth strategies. Always learning how to grow podcasts, man, because podcasts are like, they have no searchability. Like the only way to really grow it is like word of mouth, internal marketing, or you get your YouTube dialed in. Yeah, we've. At the Ben and Bergs podcast. Hopefully the guys can link the Ben and Bergs podcast here somewhere. You check it out.
She told me about that in a meeting afterwards. Like, Ben sent me a message, and I just didn't have time to reply to it. And then my manager was in a meeting with me at, like, 4 o', clock, and she was like, oh, I saw Ben's office. I, like, you know, knocked on the window and said hello, and I was.
Like, scared the shit out of us. We're in this new office and this lady just comes up and just bangs on the window. And we're like, what the fuck? And she's like, I didn't know who it was. And then Laura was like, oh, that was my boss. I just.
Again, what I'm paying here for is time. I know that sounds probably cheesy for a lot of people, but genuinely, like, to get back to this podcast this morning, meet with Zen, like, this is, like, really worthwhile. And then also to come down and like, yeah, I always think about roi. It's the investment. This is not just an expense, first of all, it goes through the business, and it's ROI of. This is literally potentially seven figures. Like, definitely six figures, maybe not seven figures. Alternatively, don't do it. Fly back commercially tonight. We would have been fine, get back, but the only time I could get back was like, eight o'. Clock. So get back. Eight o'. Clock. I'm fucked. I'm tired. I don't get to meet with Trav, so I don't get to negotiate, work with him on the deal. Also, we got the summit tomorrow that I'm not prepared for. Tomorrow's literally, I'm spending hundreds of thousands of dollars just on tomorrow. So definitely wouldn't do this all the time, but for sometimes, it's worthwhile. First sale I ever made was my first business, which was a custom sportswear apparel company used to make uniforms out of China and sell them to sporting teams. Back in Tassie, I was 16. I sold my first set of basketball uniforms and I made a thousand bucks. I was like, oh, my days, boys. And then from then on, I've been just fully obsessed with the game. And then the biggest jump from there, I think, was when we hit 100,000amonth. That was a couple of years ago. It took me three years to crack it. I just could have busted my nuts over trying to figure this thing out. I was just like, couldn't figure it out. And just like, working like a racehorse for so long and just honestly made so many mistakes and just. Yeah, it was so hard for a long time. I was on the verge of giving up so many times lost was losing hundreds of thousands a month to try and figure it out. And then we started doing sales calls. I started learning actually how to sell the product. And, yeah, we closed out. I was doing sales calls one on one. I was doing the product, I was doing the marketing, I was doing the content, I was doing the finance, I was doing the tech. I was doing everything. And yeah, hit 100k that month. And honestly, I was, like, so stressed for so long. Like, how much debt I was running into. Like, I had debt with the repayment plan, hands with the government trying to pay them back on my tax debt to try and keep the business afloat. I was so stressed for so long. And when we hit that first 100k, I'm like, fuck. They gave me that bit of confidence, like, maybe we can. Maybe we can do this. So we're all from Melbourne. Yeah. So I run a company down there, and, yeah, these guys, we work together. And then Laura's my girlfriend. We had a weekend up here, little birthday weekend. Yeah, lovely. We got to get home for some work, so. Yeah.
Well, I don't want to make it.
Too quick, but you're in the wrong aircraft. Yeah, I know, I know. No. So has anyone been in a small light jet like this before? No, no, no. All right.
Let'S do the safety stuff. Yeah, sure. Just think of an airline. Yeah, okay.
Money talks, money talks Dirty cash I want you and Dirty cash, I need you all. Money talks, money talks Dirty cash I want you Dirty cash, I need you all.
We are up in the air on the way from Brisbane to Melbourne. And that was the most insane takeoff like, I've ever experienced. Everyone in here was like. It was so bad. It's like a rocket ship.
But, yeah, it's absolutely crazy. Like, I cannot believe it. Full transparency. Rented this plane. We do not own it at all. Don't. Don't want to be one of those guys. But, yeah, I actually am pretty speechless. So we're here on the way. We're gonna do some content, get back down to Melbourne, and then I'm gonna go straight to the office with the boys. Zen here, as I mentioned, Zen just joined us a couple of weeks ago from Brisbane and literally was like, bro, what are you doing? We gotta come down to. Come down to Melbourne with us. So he's just hooked In Roy's at the champagne. She's Happy day. Yeah. Absolutely insane moment. So we're go fly economy after this just to balance it out a little bit because we can't get too used to this. But yeah. Hope you enjoyed it. Welcome aboard, Zed. Thanks, Josh. That's great.
Okay, let me call the developer one second and I'll see if we can get a process right there. Can you just send me the details.
Of the patient's name first, Daniel?
Oh, yeah, it is. When I just got back down in Melbourne. Back to the office. Literally sends first out the office after you shout out to pj. Hey. Hey.
How we going, Matt? This is Pat Zinn's first day in the office. There he is. Hello, mate. How are you? Good to see you, mate. This is.
Rebecca and Alice.
So we're wrapping up today. About to go catch up with Trav. Hopefully we can get him on board and wants to join the team. So, yeah, flew back prepared for tomorrow. We've got like, I think 14, 1500 registered for tomorrow's summit, so we'll be absolutely epic team still dialed in. What time is it? 5:30. Everyone's still hooked. Pat doesn't leave till 9pm so no one leaves before him. See you tomorrow.
GMGM. We've got the big Hynetworth summit today. Flew in yesterday, obviously, on the pj. That was absolutely crazy to think about it. And, yeah, absolutely wild this morning. We're up. We've got over nearly 1700 people registered for today's summit. So it's gonna be our biggest ever. I just wanna take you really quickly into my morning routine. Basically, when I get up, I go straight for the food, go straight for coffee. We've actually got a guy that comes in and cooks for us for our meals, which is really cool. This is one, by the way, I absolutely love investing into. So this is a recent addition to my sort of daily routine. And basically we have a guy that comes in and cooks our meals for breakfast and lunch. So we've got. What have we got here today? So every. Every day is kind of like something different. So we had lamb cutlets for dinner last night. We've got chicken chow mein. We've got poached chicken for lunch. We've got bacon cheese, spinach breakfast egg muffins. We've got turkey burrito bowls. And my favorite is the banana protein pancakes. Let's go. So I'm gonna have those for breakfast. Get a coffee and yeah, get into the date.
All right. We just got to the studio and it Is absolutely torrential here in Melbourne. Check out the setup. Everyone's been here, working hard. How are you? Good to see you.
Good, how are you?
You're looking nice and rugged. Up Melbourne winner. So this is the studio for the summit today. Last check. We're at 1700 registrations, so we're at a thousand, the last one, which is absolutely nuts. So all the speakers come in person for the virtual event. We do these every like three months for the big high net worth event. So, yeah, spent a lot of money on the production, the content. I was just in the hotel this morning doing slides, speaking to the team to get everything ready. But the team's done an amazing job and now just rock up and try and talk. All right. And look a little bit pretty, so that should be fun. Well, good to go, Josh. Looking good. Close enough. Yeah. Yeah. I woke up last night 1am this man's like sending me stuff for like grinding on the other content. Man, these boys haven't slept. I don't think even if. Don't even worry about it. Basic, like, this is it. Oh, you got the outline. And then we're bringing the flints on. You'll see the prints. We have Prince, we have full print. So we're going to put the. They're like printouts. Each one, we got to bring them on. And you're like, this is the offer that you're getting. Each is you do that with the core. Then we have all eight prints up there and you're going to put them on the ground and then stack the.
When I used to do this, I started these events like two or three years ago, like on my own in my bedroom. We had like 60 people show up. To think now, like three years on, like, we're like 20 people working for us. It's insane. These boys got it all dialed in. Train them up. They've taken it way better than I could ever imagine. And then Benny and the crew, the production crew, like, live streaming today. It's just like, yeah, this is so surreal. I mean, what the fuck? This is insane. Wow. So the way it's working is we've already worked out with like the charting on the laptop streaming that. Yeah, all of your presentations will have a clicker. You'll be referred to the screen. This is top tier, mate. You flew in on your PJ.
Straight away, bro. Zen's first day at the office was kept flying from Brisbane. I said, how long have you been part of Click this year? I got three weeks. Three or four weeks. I was like, hey, Man. Hey. I've been part of the creative hub for, for a year and.
This was crazy cuz we did new slides. I forgot to cut the back end of it out. So I was just duplicating the same thing. I was just saying the same thing. Anyway, the comments look good. So the boys are up and then. Yeah, it's always crazy when it's a live production. Like there's like 700 people lived and it's. There's no up, like there's no, there's no edits. There's no like post production. It's like what's the live is what's going out. So it's like there's 30 people here trying to manage the social. So 2017, you can see where we are. We had a huge uptop understanding how psychology works. So Travis is our head of growth here.
There's the person who sits at home, tries to figure it out, taps into the right resources, ultimately makes some mistakes, gets it wrong from time to time.
Oh, we're all going well I think we're at 98 or 900 live. Travis crushed it as always. Chat was going.
We're doing it so well.
Yeah, yeah.
Everyone's quite comfortable on stage.
Yeah, yeah, yeah. 100. Even the boys when like there's no slide. So just on a quick lunch break, the team hard working about to jump in and do the final session. So we're about two hours, two hours in and Matt and Simon wrapping up the exit strategy. Feedback's been awesome. We've had nearly eight or 900 lives so far, which is insane. And this new venue is way better. So it's always leveling up production and the guys done an incredible job and now it's game time's gonna go out and finish it. We've got some new offers for our platinum clients and then yeah, we're gonna walk through how the next journey sort of works and then finish up, do some Q and A and wrap up there.
So you can actually come and not have to do this on your own. You can actually work with us and help you implement it. So this could be a million dollars in crypto, could be million dollars in investment property. This is not your home, occupied property. This is something that is investment. This is limited to the first 10 people. All right. And there may already be 10 people. I'm not entirely sure. The other benefits obviously with the platinum is our new weekly briefing call. So you can actually go on a call every week with Matt and Simon, ask some questions. All good.
Let'S Go boys.
What are doing? You.
Back up.
I'm gonna practice twirling.
Do you already have the photos? You're right. You sure? Yeah, probably. Good chance. I've already told some people. But officially as of last night, Travis is coming on full time to collect a ship. So.
Looking forward to it. That'll be early up first week of October.
Yeah. Yeah. Cheap conduit. Yeah.
Just wrapped up the summit. It was a huge success. The team did an amazing job we just did today for just our Australian audience and then we're gonna rotate and do an American audience next week. So it's kind of hard now. We're managing our global growth and now making a global company, trying to make sure the content and everything is relevant for everyone across the world. So super pumped. Everyone went amazing. The team done an amazing job. Such a huge setup. So we're gonna wrap up today and then you come and check out tomorrow. We're gonna do like an actual sort of day in the life, sort of more on the, on the grind behind the tool. So thanks for jumping across the summit. We'll see you tomorrow.
So we just finished up the summit yesterday. Woke up this morning, I feel like not gonna lie, I woke up, massive headache. Just been pushing it so hard recently. Absolutely full tilt. Yeah, I think it's kind of catching up to me like how fast everything's growing. You know, we're up 20 employees. Really exciting. We just. Travis is coming on full time. So that's why I flew home on Monday fast to negotiate that deal which is super exciting. But yes, that was massive. And just to host a big three, four hour event. The team did an amazing job. Like couldn't believe how well that was. But yeah, at the moment it's. We just finished that course. I'm still doing one on one education calls with our clients and yeah, it's a lot of, it's a lot of work I've done. I've got over 200 high net worth clients now and to yeah to do one on ones with all of them. I've. I figured out I've done nearly 15,000 hours of one on ones over the last few years which is just absolutely crazy and just like, because I want to, I want to obviously, you know, do my best and give as much good education as I can but it's very tiring. It put, you know, it's a lot of mental pressure on and I usually do four to five of these a day. So really excited. Simon, our new head of education has just started and he's Going to be taking over the one on one education sessions, which is awesome. So I'm going to be working with him to deliver those clients and the content. But it's so hard to scale when I'm doing one on ones with everyone. So what we're doing instead is I'm now doing a new weekly group strategy session with our new clients so I can work more in a group setting, give them what I need. Because I'm kind of saying the same thing over and over and over and over again. But we know people want one on one education, so that's why we got Simon, our new head of education, which is going to deliver that, which is cool. So that's my first one of the day. Going to have a quick break. I need another coffee. There's going to be a lot of coffees and then we're heading to the office. I've got to catch up with an AI consultant, Travis. I would go out for lunch. We're looking at hiring a new B2B person, so we're catching up for lunch with him. I got my podcast. B and B got more meetings in the afternoon. They've got dinner with Travis. So yeah, another wild, wild day. The biggest thing that's made a big impact to me since making and growing like multiple income streams and like building my business is being able to spend money on health and sleep. You know, whether that be my eight sleep, it's like really cool thing in my bedroom that like cools my bed down or a really good mattress. I just signed up to a new health center which I go to, went to last night. Like a sauna. I can't actually take you in there. It's like they don't allow cameras, but it's like sauna, ice bath, cold plunge, and love that place. Try and go there to get a better sleep. And then also, yeah, now like being able to get some support on food because I'm just never home. And I find if I can sleep good, I keep my health up and I'm eating well, then you know, it's a positive start of the day. I will admit though, like, I've been slacking on the gym ever since I ran my marathon not that long ago. I've just, I haven't been able to get back to the gym. Like I'm working so much. I've actually got on my list to speak to my EA today because I need to just get some time back in my calendar, honestly, because I feel, I feel it when I don't go to the Gym, you know, it's hard to feel that like just yucky and honestly just don't feel up and about. So yeah, when you're working 12, 14 hour days, as some of you guys know, like it just, just kills your body and my brain is hurting.
Okay, we're back in the office for the last day on the vlog. Travis and I just had a quick meeting with some AI guys. We are building some really cool things in our research team. Like one of the biggest advantages we crypto. There's so much data and we're such a data backed research firm that we need to scrape a lot of data from you know, the space, the crypto industries in particular to be able to scrape that and then build our research decisions off the back of it. Content building, AI knowledge bases, cloning myself. We're building like this AI factory which is really cool. So just had a meeting with the AI guys about that. About to jump on a podcast with Bergs to do the Ben and Bergs podcast. We do that each and every week. Going to do a couple of episodes. Then we've got a Platinum elevate meeting. So we've just landed on our new second year Platinum Elevate retreat in Bali next year which is going to be epic. So we're at a meeting about that. Then we've got a lunch. We're catching up with a potential new employee who's flown there, we've flown him down to have a meeting with him. We've got an hour and a half with Dave, potential new partnerships manager. So Travis and I are going to go out for lunch with him and we've got the weekly huddle. So the whole team comes together each and every week. I've got two more one on ones. I had two this morning, two this afternoon. Then I've got a WIP with Alice to just organise my life and then Travis and I go to dinner. Then I'm going to head to the sauna because I'll be absolutely fucked by then and then we'll wrap up the day so. So come along with us.
So we just had our first platinum join from. Actually no, that's a lot. We had two yesterday already. So this is our third DT who's been on holidays for three weeks. He's our member growth lead. He just came back and signed, still delivered on his first platinum back which is awesome. I'm just going to map out because we do so many events. Like it's kind of getting a bit out of control in terms of trying to manage it. All like we're scaling our budget like only a few months ago, we're spending 10k a month. Here he is, the man. We're saying how like, like a few months ago, three months ago we're only spending 10k a month on ads and now we're at 10k a day. The growth has been insane. No one's doing it. No one's doing it like Josh. But like we're backing it up with all the metrics. Like we wouldn't be doing it if the data's not there. So yeah, it's all backed with theory and it's going well and the product's like really, really epic. And that's where Travis is coming on now. So Travis is going to be starting full time pretty soon to keep working on the platinum product. We've got Rebecca, who's just started our second client success manager. So all of our platinums come get their own client success manager to make sure they get the most out of the product. So yeah, you gotta not only scale marketing and sales, but you're having an epic product in the back. And we've been working on this product for literally five years. I worked out yesterday, I've spent 15,000 hours on one on ones over the last four or five years, which is insane working, trying to figure out exactly what, what the, the clients need. And now we build an epic product on the back end. So yeah, super pumped. We're in here.
G'. Day. Thought I saw you in the background.
Well, now we're at the weekly huddle. So we just had a meeting with a guy who we're trying to potentially bring on for, to do some partnerships. So we just had lunch with him mapping out like different partnerships we want to do in the US like with building, with exchanges and different, you know, tax people and different, different players. So that was cool. And now we've got our team huddle. The hardest thing with the team is like we're all around the country, some remote, some in person, but, but.
I don't know. Look, Alice is running the show. I don't know what we're doing but you know, three months ago there's only eight of us in these meetings and I think there's 18 full time now like three or four months later, which is absolutely bananas. And I just wanted to reiterate that like we being in crypto, this is hardly a normal business. I hope you all realize that by now that, you know, the scale and pace that we have to work at is just absolutely next level. And we've got this opportunity right now, like with the market over the next two or three years of crypto being everywhere we want to grab onto and if we don't grab onto that opportunity of being like wanting to be that morning star of crypto, well, someone else will be.
We are wrapping up the week, but I wanted to show you this is my amazing ea, Alice, who runs my life. This thing, if there's anything being the most valuable thing for me as we've grown. The company is literally Alice runs my entire life. So every minute of every day is basically looked at from color coordinated travel time. Alison will message me when there's Ubers on the way so I can have meetings in the Uber. Like it's gone to a whole new level and it's not the only thing you do. But I feel as though like you're a full time job is running my.
Life, but I actually get a lot of satisfaction out of doing it, so it's good. I need to know exactly where Ben is so I can let him know, just so it's easy. I feel like a lot of the time he might not necessarily look at his diary but. But if I can message him and say, you need to be here, it just works pretty well. It's a lot of shuffling, a lot of changing around, reprioritising, but it works pretty well.
Yeah. And this is probably one of the biggest reasons that we've been able to scale is because we can offload a lot of the other things like on my calendar, other people and just get the most out of each and every day. Obviously you know, I have downtime, everyone has to have downtime, but the time that I am working is just maximized as best as it can be. And yeah, it's pretty wild to think that yeah, I've worked. What life would be like without you, mate, I'd be. I'll be in all sorts of trouble. So we're gonna wrap up there, but there's a lot more I need to do. Alice and I gonna have a meeting and play next week. But thanks so much for having the vlog. If you like these vlogs, please let me know in the comments below.
