We just spent yesterday with 160 of our high net worth clients. And the big piece I took away when we are in these periods of extreme fear is that having conviction and following your plan is the most important thing. When we are seeing extreme fear levels like we are now, when we're seeing that, you know, bitcoin is now in oversold territory that we have not seen in levels since 2013, then if you follow the plan and execute back when we were three or four months ago, then you would be buying at these levels. Nothing fundamental has changed in crypto. We're seeing macro uncertainty, we're seeing huge liquidation events and, and then right now there's a really fearful, I guess, emotion in the market and everyone's worried. We have been de risking our portfolio all year and I updated this a few days ago that I was de risking my altcoin portfolio to minimize the downside. The short term is going to be volatile, but still the medium to long term has not changed. Markets change and we have to adapt. But if you follow the plan and you surround yourself by other people that are in a similar boat, then that is how you can win. And that was the key takeaway to follow the plan. Do the things that are the hardest to do, which is usually to cut some losses, to reaccumulate at low points, sell the top. Everything that feels the hardest in crypto usually is the right call. So remember that and follow the plan.
