Short video by Ben Simpson advising crypto investors to access primary altcoin markets (decentralized exchanges) before tokens list on major centralized exchanges. He argues most gains occur pre-listing and gives examples (Maple Syrup, Hype) where early DEX purchases produced large returns and major-exchange listings came after large price moves.

The primary altcoin markets is where you need to get access to before the retail buy. Once it arrives on major exchanges. People ask me, what is the primary markets? Well, as an example, I'll share with you where the primary markets are. But as an example, maple syrup is the investment I made a couple of years ago and I bought again in april that did a 10x for me. I bought that on a decentralized exchange, also known as primary markets, before it arrived on Coinbase. By the time it got to Coinbase a few months later, it already gone up 400, 800, I can't quite remember. And that's when around the time we took profits. Same with Hype recently, where do we buy Hype? We bought Hype through the Hype exchange and also on different exchanges that weren't available to the public on the major exchanges. Now we just got listed on Robinhood and now it's getting access to the major exchanges. The primary markets is where you can make most of your money if you get access to the right areas. Uniswap is a great example. There's different decentralized exchanges depending on what, what platform you're on or what, what blockchain the alcohol is on. But you need to get ahead of everyone else. That is where you get the gains. If you're waiting for Coinbase and these sorts of platforms, you're already too late. You usually exit liquidity.
