Arrowhead Engineered Products Executive Video

Arrowhead grew from under $100 million to $1.5 billion in revenue and aims for $4 billion by partnering with suppliers who deliver innovative products, accelerate launches, and optimize inventory. The company's expansion depends on these strategic collaborators.
If you go back about a decade ago, Arrowhead was a very small company and it was, I want to say, sub-$100 million, right? And then if you fast forward, a few acquisitions, some great growth, particularly through the pandemic, has put us to $1.5 billion. So it's been massive growth with it. And with that comes all the great things. The company and its people are really on the right path today and are just focused on the future and how we're going to take and get this thing not $1.5 billion, but let's get it to $4 billion.
Arrowhead has been an amazing journey. It's been a collection of businesses and has grown tremendously over a very short period of time. We're a distribution business, and so we primarily grow through the innovative efforts of our suppliers in bringing those products to market through our channels.
We're looking for suppliers that, you know, are going to be strategic partners to us, right? What does strategic mean to us? Strategic means suppliers that are going to help us with providing best-in-class products. Suppliers, you know, on our house brands, it's going to be important that we have suppliers that augment, you know, our product management cycle, help us accelerate product launches. You know, from a sales and marketing perspective, we need suppliers that can help train our sales force, put us in the best position to grow our market share. And from a finance perspective, we're looking at suppliers that put us in the best cost position, provide favorable terms, and operationally suppliers that help us right-size our inventory position. As a distributor, inventory is hugely important to us, getting maximized turns out of that.
I think at the end of the day, you know, we're one of the largest, if not the largest, in the world. We pay our bills, we're well-funded, we've got a great parent in, in Genstar. This is where you want to be. If you're in this space and if you're not with us, it's going to be hard for you to grow your business.
