With all the crazy things going on in the world, the only advice I can give is leadership. Really, my entire team is control the controllables. Focus on what you can do. You can't control geopolitical issues. You can't control the weather. You can't control what's happening around you, but you can control many aspects of your business. You can decide to go take pricing. You can hire people. You can let people go. You can open buildings, shut down buildings. There's a lot in your power that you can make better. You need to focus on that. You need to get the data, understand where you're winning, understand where you're losing, and make those changes. Realign those resources so at the end of the day, they're focused where you have the best chance to win. Even then, it's gonna be hard. Don't make it harder on yourself by not owning the problem and working with your team to go out and figure out what comes next. So when you get up in the morning, don't worry about what's happening in the world. You focus on what you can control. You lead this team. You take people to that better spot because that's your job. That's what you do. Okay, go make something happen today.
