One of the biggest challenges that I see teams facing all the time is where to start. And a saying that I have to deal with that is defeat the blank page. And what I do is I encourage people to get together, write down exactly what they're going to go do. And there's an old saying that a problem written down is 50% already solved, and it's true here. So if your team is struggling and not sure how to get started, start where they are. Have them write down the goal, make sure it's a SMART goal, right? Specific and measurable and actionable and so on. And then let's have them talk about it, and you'll find if you allow them that flexibility, Not only would they get going, they'll get going faster than they would trying to get perfect, right? We're about progress, not perfection, and the company will start getting better really soon. So I hope that helps and hopes to give you a way to think about what to go do next.
