So you go land that customer and they start buying right away, and it's products you already have, and it comes out. That ha— and it happens all the time. And Every one of those is an opportunity for something new and exciting to happen with it, and you just have to deal with it as it, as it comes to you. So at OTC, we're, we're rerunning the zero-up process in, in one of the segments right now. Just, did we actually shift ourselves correctly? Did we put enough resources in? What should it be? You know, because we're not happy with the result we're getting.
