Hey everyone, it's Bill Kennedy here. I thought I'd walk you through actually how to use the ETI Institute, right, the 80/20 Institute, how to do the training. Now this is really important because you're going to want to make sure that, that you get the full benefit of it. And we're really big believers in the 70/20/10 process, right? So 10% is formal training. So we have videos that go really deep into a subject and it's just focused on that. So you'll see a strategy section where You'll be able to learn deeply about that. And most of this is kind of voiceover video that goes super, super deep. The second piece will be what I call the color section. So this is people like myself and other prophets who will walk you through how to think about it and go about it and interpret what you're seeing. In addition to that, you have weekly calls with your account manager, and then we have weekly trainings on the website. And then the third piece is the 70%, right? That's where you actually go out and do it. You do it with your team. And if you desire, an optional piece is you can have one of these profits come out and work with you. Now that's an additional add-on service that takes it from a done with you to a done for you. And if you're interested in that, your account manager can walk you through it. So let me just walk you through the document here really quickly, right? So the overview. So the purpose of this is for you and your team to understand what is available to you and how to use it, right? So this is deep training for you and your leadership team about how to execute here. This is not based on theory, right? We've been doing this for a long, long time and we know this works, right? So there's 3 types to formal training, right? This is the textbook. This is the videos that you'll see. And you'll see this in the 80/20 Institute. It'll be under ETI. You'll see where it talks about strategy, lean, SIOP, which is sales inventory operation planning, Mm-hmm. HR, M&A, it goes on and on. We're always adding more and more training on those. And those are deep, deep dives into the topic. At the same time, you'll see, well, here you can just read it yourself, right? So these are the topics here on structured knowledge. You're available to it. You can watch any and all of those, and your account manager can get you through those and walk you through that, right? Then the second piece is the color. So this is like if you go into the PGA, This will be exactly what you'll find. And it's taking those training documents and it's like you've got your own personal person sitting there and just walking through and tell you how to go do that, right? So this is— so one is like, think of a college class, think of a master's level class. You're going to have textbooks, you're going to have things you go watch, you do that on your own time, right? Then when you come to class and you show up, you're like, you know, professor, I don't— I didn't understand that. I have questions. These classes are both Both designed to answer that, right? The color and your weekly check-ins and weekly classes that we have on ETI where you can have a subject matter expert to go there. That's the 20%. Then the final piece of it is the implementation. All right. There's nothing like learning by actually doing it. So whether it's you doing it, your team doing it, whatever it is, that's where 70% of the real training happening. And if you find you need help out there, we certainly have a program where a proffiter will come out there. That's an additional charge on that. It's up to you whether you need that or not. It's just something that you can have someone come out and help you doing it, right? And the advantage that you get is by covering all 3 of these, you're going to have deep knowledge and you can watch those as you need it. You're going to understand how to implement and how to get behind the data, right? What that textbook, if you will, what that video is trying to tell you. And you're going to have real-time mentorship as you go through it. So, so we think it's a program that'll work really well for you. It's been proven to work with it. We've done this type of thing with hundreds of companies through the years. And success has been really, really powerful. One final thing, you know, there's a lot of material. There's hundreds and hundreds of hours of it. There's no expectations that you get through it all. Use what you need. Watch these at, you know, 1.5 speed, 2 speed. I like to do it while I'm driving or working out at the gym or whatever it is. You may find you like to do the same thing. And the things that you really need, you can come back and watch those deeply. You can watch them as often as you want. Your team can as well. So, Make it work for yourself.
