Hello everyone, it's Bill Canady. Great to be with you again today. I thought we'd talk about the leader's mindset. It's really a set of 4 different practices that I find help me more than anything else to run a big business. First is data-driven. We want to make sure that the decisions we are making are based on the data that we have. And I find that if you're making decisions with less than 20% of the data, you're guessing. And if you wait till you have 80% or more, you've waited so long that the market's probably already passed you by. So somewhere between having 80 to 20% of the data is where you want to be actioning. The second one is be on pace. You don't want to be too fast, you don't want to be too slow. If you're too fast, you're ahead of your team. The people probably aren't even behind you anymore. If you're too slow, you're holding folks back. The third one, no surprises. Bad news, relatives, and fish all stink after 3 days. Make sure that you're sharing with people what's actually happening. At the same time, when people are giving you bad news, make sure you're not killing the messenger, because if you react negatively, people will quit giving you the bad news. You got to have that in order to run your business. You know what's going on. And then the final one I think is the most important, and that is results matter. We will not be a best effort company. At the end of the day, the way that we win is that we make sure that we're putting points on the board. Whatever euphemism you like, whether it's touchdowns or scoring points or hitting home runs, results matter. Those are my 4 things that I use to take and, uh, run my businesses. And I find that by talking about them, not only does it set a good culture, it lets people know under almost any circumstances This is how we're going to conduct ourselves. Thank you everyone. Don't forget to like and subscribe. Have a great day.
