Hey guys, this is Kurt Tuford coming to you live from San Diego where I'm at the 80/20 Institute's amazing seminar. What I've learned so far today is that yes, we do have 4 different quartiles and we do have quadrants, and all of that is data-driven. What that means is it's not an emotional decision, it's a logical decision on how to grow both top-line sales and contributed margins. So when this is over, that's when the real work begins. And we are ready, willing, and able to make the tough decisions in order to grow that contributed margin as well as top-line sales.
