One of the great benefits that we had during implementing this, the 80/20 for Business process, was that we had an excellent team to come in and coach us through the process. Self-implementing this would have been very difficult, as you know, you're working through culture changes as well as other things. The team that we had that came in was absolutely excellent, did a great job walking us through everything, had a lot of patience as we learned it and went through all the different aspects, and it's been a very successful implementation largely due to that team.
