This is a short first-person YouTube video by Bonnie Christine in which she explains the value of building rewards for accomplishments (from small "baby awards" to larger purchases). She recounts using income from her 2018 immersion course to build a long-desired greenhouse and garden—laying a herringbone floor from reclaimed blocks—and says the garden now supplies inspiration and business material because she grows flowers that she later draws.

I am a huge believer in building in rewards for your accomplishments. Even baby awards like 15 minutes of Instagram after you knock out a time block, right? That's a reward. Or maybe going to your favorite restaurant after you hit your income goal for the month, that's a reward. I have a picture of one of my favorite rewards and this was after I launched the immersion course for the first time in 2018. I took a chunk of that money and and I built my greenhouse. I have wanted a greenhouse and a garden for the entirety of my life and I thought if I meet my goal I am going to do this. And so I built this greenhouse. I got a big pile of hundred year old blocks and I laid that herringbone floor myself and I planted a garden and it's really where I source all of my inspiration today it's actually business because I grow flowers and then I draw them. It's awesome.
