This is a video for the Annie Goodwin Syndicate. Well, everyone, Bruno's been humming along very, very well. We've been up here in the freezing cold in Pennsylvania, getting ready to move south to Aiken. Actually, the horses, some of the horses leave tomorrow. The bulk of them will get there over the weekend. So Bruno will be heading back to familiar territory. Anyway, guys, Bruno had a good, good long rest. I ended up giving him about five weeks total off. Took him about a week to get home from, from P.O. and he was exhausted. He had a massive year last year, obviously the Olympics and then the po, the PO Five Star. He's come back into work very, very well. He seems very happy and healthy. We've just started getting, getting to work on his dressage. Unfortunately, when the horses have a long break like that, you're sort of back to square one. Last year, obviously, at PO and Paris, we really had him humming along on the flat and he sort of comes back into work and we've got to restart the process. Silva's been kind enough to ride him a fair bit. I had a hip surgery and a groin surgery right at the end of November, so I had a month off myself. I'm just coming back to riding now. I've jumped a couple of horses and nearly back to full fitness anyway. It was sort of a good opportunity. Things are a little bit quiet at our farm in November and December, early January. So it's Silva hasn't been crazy busy, so she's been very helpful and obviously working on trying to get these flying changes more automatic. The big thing is that I also get the hang of the exact aid of where to put my legs and my timing and everything. So even though Silver can get them perfect, it's still a bit of a work for the old Boity to figure it all out. That being said, we're reaching the prime of Bruno's career this year. 2025 is an exciting year. His first start, I think, is going to be the Bruce's future Field Grand Prix eventing. He seems to run well there. Gives us plenty of time to build him up and get him going really well. And he's always a good contender to do very well at the Bruce's Field Grand Prix eventing. So anyone that's not got much going on at the beginning of March, come on down to Aiken and watch him fly around. Beyond that, I'm starting to toy with the idea of running, running him@kentucky5star. I know I've always worried that the cross country course would be a little bit long and hilly and gruelling for Bruno, but I don't know, I've sort of been talking it over with my coaches and my mentors and. I mean, realistically, Bruno's done Le Maulin and Poe, the Olympics and another Poe. All challenging, challenging five stars. They're all flat courses, though. But I've never felt him really exhausted at the end of the cross country, so Kentucky five star would be a step up from that. But he's an amazing animal. He's an amazing animal, Bruno. We luckily had Peter Wild come up and this is his first jump school since coming back from France, so it was very, very boring and probably did about 20 fences in total. One thing about Bruno, he's brilliant over the show jumps and it's more just a matter of getting his body up in the air. And he's so seasoned and school. So, anyway, things are looking good for Bruno. I'll obviously keep you updated with my game plan, but this year should be a good one.
