Hey, this is Brandon with Stone Property Solutions. We're out here in Pottstown, PA. We are here doing our monthly maintenance visit for this client. We've worked for this client for years and years and years. We know this pond up and down, everything about it. We love this area. We love this client. So we're here today doing our essential maintenance visit. Basically what we're going to do today, we're going to test the water, see how everything's going on inside there. PH, ammonia, phosphates, all that good stuff to see what's going on. Then we're going to prune back some of the plants. If the plants are being a little bit invasive or just need trimmed back, we'll do some of that. Then we're just going to scrub the waterfalls, make everything look nice, clean out the skimmer, basically just make sure this pond is good to go for the next month. That's why this client trusts us. They do a lot of work in the meantime to make sure this looks good. So we'll clean it up, make it look nice. Then we'll end it all with treat— with some water treatments to make sure the fish are happy, the pond is happy, the plants are happy, and the whole pond is looking good until the next time we get here. So this pond here is a pretty standard and classic pond, a bunch of boulders. We've got some lily pads, some other plants going on. We've got the skimmer right over here that's kind of hidden with this faux rock. All of the water is drained to this one end, goes all the way up to the top and then cascades down and down. So that's what we're doing. We're making sure we scrub the rocks. Uh, we've got to make sure we down— get down here at the bottom. These rocks like to collect leaves and all kinds of stuff, so that's why we're, uh, treating the bottom, making sure it looks good. This pond we're making a little bit murky now, but this pond was crystal clear when we got here. And that just goes to show again, the cleaning that this client does pays off every time. In fact, this pond is so nice and so pretty that our client Brandon Stone likes to sit right over here and just sunbathe, sitting in the pond, letting the fish swim up to him. So it's the perfect style pond for this particular client, and, uh, that's why we love maintaining it for him.
