Now this waterfall is flowing the way it was meant to 🙌 #transformation #pondlife #pond #waterfall

Here is actually where that waterfall starts, and over there is the negative edge where the pumps sit. It was so clogged that when we got here, it was barely running. So what we had to do was completely remove the rocks that are in this little space. It's actually where the waterfall starts, and as you can see, you can tell where water's coming in. It goes in both sides. It was so clogged, water was struggling to get through here. It was actually suffocating the pump trying to get through. We had to remove all of these rocks, tons and tons of rocks, just pulling out, rinsing and rinsing. And then we had a ton of what they're called EcoBlocks, and they were packed full of muck, which is good. It's doing its job. It's pulling that out of the pond. Unfortunately, proper maintenance had not been done prior to our visit, and we pulled all of the muck out of this bottom. Like I mentioned, it was all the way up to our CAF. It was crazy. It had been a long time since I'd seen a pond that bad. And it's a beautiful pond. It just hadn't been taken care of properly. I got to show you these fish because these guys are incredible. They are loving life right now, swimming around, enjoying life. And they're coming up to me right now hoping I'm going to give them some food and they're going to be sorely disappointed.
