Most people should never start a business, and that's not an insult. Most people think starting a business means more freedom. No boss, open schedule, no one telling you what to do. But when you start a business, you usually work longer hours. You work nights, you work weekends. You wake up in the middle of the night thinking about problems nobody else even knows exist. And if you're not wired for that, it's going to crush you. Some people are much better off working inside a great company, developing valuable skills, and attaching themselves to something that's already growing. Ownership isn't freedom, it's ownership of every problem.
