People stop listening before you get to the point. You film in the car before work. You open with your name and where you went to school. The useful tip lands after their thumb has moved on. People do not need more patience. They need a reason before you give them the backstory. Start with the part that makes someone lean in. Name the problem. Say what they will get. Cut, "Hey guys, your name and the long setup." You do not need to say more. Put the useful part first and let people decide to stay.
