This is a YouTube video titled "Better a Non Week Than a Bad Week" containing a monologue or talk focused on trading strategies and self-assessment tools for traders, recorded in April 2025. The speaker discusses the importance of avoiding bad trading weeks and introduces a self-assessment designed to help traders identify issues and improve their performance.
Better to have a non week than a bad week. And so really that's what you want to do. Now, there are other things that come into it. If even under normal conditions you find that you're struggling with things and you're not sure you know what's going on, maybe what looks like, yeah, I'd like to find out. Yeah, what's tripping me up? Well, I just created an assessment which you can, and it's fortunate specifically for traders that'll help you find out. It's like, yeah, what's going on with my trading? What's likely the causes and what can I do about it? And that's exactly what this self assessment is about.
