This is a YouTube video titled "How I Went From Beginner To Pro Trader Fast!" containing a monologue or talk where a single speaker discusses the learning process and skill development required to progress from an amateur to a professional trader. The content focuses on recognizing skill levels and the gradient of growth in trading.
Those are the things that I needed to learn that I hadn't in my first year. And that's why my first year was so rough. And so it's when you fill the level or the skills at each level, that's when you can level up. And after a while, after you've been again developing yourself, developing your skill set, then you can move from amateur to intermediate to trader and really start rocking it. But you have to recognize there is a gradient to it, and recognizing where you are on that gradient, that lets you know what you need to focus on.
