Like I said, there's so much that's going on with you at any given time and subconsciously, that it is crucial that we have our subconscious aligned with our conscious goals and intentions, with our trading. And if they're not, we need to pay attention to them, pay attention to the signs, like emotional discomfort. Maybe our emotions are flaring up, telling us we're outside our comfort zones. Maybe something's missing. Maybe we're working with a strategy that really, it's not quite aligned with who we are consciously and subconsciously. And so if we're trying to trade with a strategy that isn't really a good fit for you, if you're working with that subconsciously, there's going to be a bit of an internal conflict.
