This is a YouTube video titled "Is Your Trading Plan Actually Working?" containing a monologue or talk focused on personal trading strategies and self-assessment of trading goals. The speaker reflects on the importance of aligning trading methods with individual objectives rather than just continuing to trade without evaluation. The content is from June 23, 2025.
I've never pursued training to be better than I was 20 years ago or 30 years ago. I've just kept playing. And so with trading, it's the same thing. Just because you keep trading, continuing to trade doesn't magically fix things in and of itself. You have to look at it and say, did I ever figure out what are my goals with my trading? What am I even trying to accomplish here? And is the way I'm trading, is that in alignment with those goals? Do I want to be a day trader? Do I want to work to trade fewer hours? Do I want to be an end of day trader? Do I want to be a swing trader?
