This is a YouTube video titled "Listening to the Universe: Trusting Your Gut and Recognizing External Signs" featuring Brian McAboy sharing insights about trusting one's intuition and recognizing signs from the universe, referencing authors like Neale Donald Walsch. The content is a monologue or talk rather than a multi-speaker conversation.
You need to trust your gut because your body has an intelligence. And again, you know, the universal intelligence speaking through your body. But the universe will throw signs your way from outside of you. Circumstantial evidence nudges, you know, pushes, whatever you want to call it, or obstacles. And so it's really important that you pay attention. One thing that I really liked when I read Neil Neale, Donald Walsh's book. He's the guy that wrote Conversations with God series of books. Great, very excellent series of books.
