This is a YouTube video titled "This Simple Checklist Could Change Your Trading Forever!" containing a monologue by a speaker with nearly 20 years of experience helping traders. The speaker discusses a strategy selection guide consisting of nine criteria designed to help traders identify the perfect trading strategy for themselves. The content is focused on trading strategies and self-assessment techniques.
Over the course of time I've worked with tons of traders. I've been at this almost 20 years helping other traders. I've developed a Strat, a perfect strategy selection guide. It's like a cheat sheet and it's nine criteria that really lets you know when you go through this criteria, if you're looking at a given strategy or system, method, whatever, you run it through this list of criteria and it if it checks all nine, then it's a perfect fit for you. And if it doesn't, then and again it may create problems for you, some internal conflict that's going to make itself known through self sabotage or some other means.
