One thing you can do right now, today, like in the next 20 minutes, actually in the next five, to help stop chasing trades is to check out your. Your trading environment. Do you have anything around in your trading environment that kind of triggers you when you're, you know, when you're trading, you have your bills sitting off to the side of your desk. You know that when you glance at them, or even just the fact that they're there in your peripheral vision kind of puts a little pressure on you to make money. You have CNBC playing in the background and you're hearing the news and the headlines, and every now and then it kind of triggers you where you're a little anxious. Now you want to start chasing trades anyway. Do a quick, you know, just a quick inventory of your trading environment and look for anything that might be triggering you from time to time or affecting your mood and your state of mind. If there's anything that's there that really is not supportive or helpful, get rid of it. Clear it out of your environment. You want your environment to be really helpful and supportive.
