Do you know what it does competitively and excel in the business arena? You want to make sure that whoever's running your trading business that you got the person running the trading business that's going to make the business successful. And as traders we don't do that because we're used to just being above average and this looks so simple and so we think we can just step into it and our ego is what's really killing us. It's only when we can be humble and say, hey, I need some help. There are things that I know I'm learning that I don't know and I need the help. That's when you can start getting ahead. And no, it's not just chasing strategies, not just watching YouTube videos or hop on Reddit and oh my God, that guy's making $10 billion on starting with three this morning. As long as you keep chasing that kind of crap, you're going to be an average trade.
