Bryan Johnson and his son Talmage celebrate one million subscribers with updates on his longevity experiments: a personal aging speed of 0.64, gene therapy, and hyperbaric oxygen plans. They announce a social app launching in 30-60 days and global "Don't Die" dinners to mobilize followers around anti-aging work.

Want to pull up closer? Okay. Hey, guys.
Are you the only person here?
Yeah. Now people are joining.
Has it been steadily increasing or was there a sharp increase?
Don't die is right.
What are you gonna do when you hit a million?
Yeah, actually, what do we do, you guys? What do we do when we hit a million?
Is it like a new year celebration? Do we jump up and down?
What do we do, you guys, when we hit a million? First, second, third, fourth, high. Hey, can you see that?
Okay, yeah.
Eat a pizza, Talmage.
Would we ever eat a pizza if there's no flour? If it's ground quinoa, we do vegan cheese.
What's up, everyone? Hello. From Morocco, Switzerland.
How are you everywhere? Oh, you should display the live.
Yeah, so can we. Let's see this one.
See, there you go.
Boom. And now do we see comments?
You could probably go back because maybe hit the yellow top right there. Yeah. And so now it's still displaying, but you can see that.
Ah, cool.
There we go.
But then I think they only see.
No, because they see that and then they see the camera.
Did they say, hey, do you guys see both Talmage and me and the counter? Much love, friends from all over the world? Yes. Okay, cool. Oh, great. So you see Talmadge. Okay, you see Talmadge myself. And we got the counter. All right, we figured it out. Hey, everyone. Nice to see you. This is Talmadge, my son.
Crazy enough. I actually just subscribed to his channel like 10 minutes ago.
Talmage was a holdout. You guys are so close. Wow, this is fast. 980. What are we gonna. Oh, what are we gonna do? Comment the chat.
What we should do.
Yes. We thought we'd have time to plan for this event, but a few of you were unsubscribing. It's going down quick. Unsubscribe.
Oh, wow.
Fireworks. Order, order pizza. Eat meat. What was it?
Imagine you took a bite of pizza.
As soon as you hit a million. I think someone said, eat breast milk. Dance for us. Thank you, guys.
Oh, wait, I see good speaker.
Look. Look how fast we're losing. Look at fast.
Just trolling now.
Oh, that's so good, you guys. That's good.
Hold on. I want to get a like a beat drop song.
We probably can't because. Well, then we'd have. Yeah, exactly. Yeah, it's going down. Hurry. Unsubscribe more. What song would we play? Talmage. If. If. Yeah. How are you guys doing? What's happening in life from London and Crab Rave. Happy Father's Day. Yeah. Happy Father's, you guys. Happy Father's Day, You guys. I was gonna get on before and. And then type, you know, search things like what if 100 million of. Or what if 1 million of us said don't die at the same time? Yelled it at 90 decibels. How loud would it be if 1 million of us stretched in one line, how long would we be? But we're almost out of time.
Whoa.
You got. We're getting so close, you guys. What do we do?
Because what happens if you get it and then it goes back down?
Yeah. We hit 1 million and they go back down.
Oh, my goodness.
Oh, oh. 98. 87.
Oh, yay.
One million of us. Yay. How exciting.
I swear that was, like, coordinated because now it's shooting up now.
Yay. Congratulations, everyone. One million of us. Whoa. So exciting.
Felt crazy, the New Year's.
It did, actually. That was so exciting because we now have a critical mass of us all around the world. One million.
Whoa.
Those are some big numbers. We can do a lot of good things together with 1 million. Yeah. How cool. All right, what's everyone. What's on their mind? Happy New Year. Yay.
Let's build a blueprint state.
Hi, Norway. Thanks for the love, everyone. Italy. Awesome. Thanks, everyone. Go and follow. Go and follow. Yeah. Eat a donut. Yeah. We're gonna smash some extra virgin olive oil. Denmark, Sweden, Greece, Ethiopia, Spain, Romania, Morocco, South Africa, Bangkok, everywhere. Singapore, Poland. Much love, you guys. This is amazing to all be together.
I think you've hit a critical threshold where you can't go below now.
Yeah. What if they. What if I get started getting. Getting trolled?
Yeah.
Germany, france, netherland, puerto rico, uk.
That's fast.
Wow. That's fun. You guys. What. What is something we're going to accomplish together in the next year? We'll stop sharing this. So in the next year, what are we going to do together? Should we plan a 1 million person meetup? Getting younger, Becoming immortal? Becoming vampires? Yes. We must all see our Lord Jesus Christ. Yeah. You know what I'm going to do is I've been hosting these Don't Die dinners. I'm going to train a lot of people to host them themselves so we can do something like a million Don't Die dinners around the world. And repeat this format so let me know if you're interested in that. Conquer the world, save the world. Jupiter super veggie. Man, it's going so fast I can't even read it. Yeah, that's right. This is a Cult. Our evil plan is that you go to bed on time, exercise and eat well. I agree. Become a cyborg. That's a good suggestion. We're on our way for it. Yeah. When people say that, you know, when people use the word religion or cult, they're always meaning to say something derogatory, like something, something bad. But we are all religious. All of us are. We all have our rituals, our communities, our tribes. So we are a religious species. I am a reptilian. Yeah, we're all going to live a long time, you guys. This is. The future is coming faster than I think any of us realize. So if we're on the right track, we'll be around. Evo Mega Tribe. Yeah. Talmadge, Stop looking at the chat.
So entertaining.
You guys. I mentioned this in a recent video. I'm on all social platforms and YouTube is my favorite. You guys are the, are the kindest and coolest. It's like an octagon of full contact sport on X. What's going on?
Just some wild comments.
Yeah.
Or cool.
Yeah. A lot of my friends who I've spoken to who do YouTube, they don't read the comments. They are scared of them. And so their team curates a certain number of comments. I love the comments. I think they're the best part of this whole thing. After gene therapy, I feel great. I just scored my personal best on my lowest ever speed of aging, 0.64. So I now have. I celebrate my birthday every 19 months. That's how slow I'm aging. It's slower than 19, slower than 99% of 20, 20 year olds. Potentially the best in the world for males. We'll see. Yeah. So I think over the past three years, I think I've posted the best biomarkers in the entire world. If you look at all the markers like speed of aging, muscle fat, cardiovascular capacity, total bone mineral density, clinical biomarkers, I think we've shown that it's better than anyone else out there. So that's cool. And it's all available for everyone. So I'm very proud of what we've done. I think we've carved out a brand new thing that is a new idea, a new reality. It's like the four minute mile or it's like Amelia Earhart flying across the Atlantic in their airplane or someone, somebody in Everest or Ernest Shackleton, you know, attempting. The South Pole needs a new era. Oh, the foot's doing really well. Yeah. So I'm day 21 in the recovery. I'm, I'm out of a boot. I'm walking around and my doctors are amazed at how fast I'm healing. Everyone's surprised. Yes. Talmud and I are lizards. We're actually Talmud and our AI pretending to be humans. Tom, would you take the comments for a minute? What's going on?
You moving too fast. How to use this?
Yeah. Here, you can. Do you want to move the cursor?
I can use this guy.
Yeah. Why don't you take comments? Talmage, what do you eat?
I eat the exact same thing as you and just a little more Johnson GPT.
Yeah. We. We have created an AI of me that we're going to.
Oh.
Arm wrestle. If we arm wrestled, who would win?
I think you would win.
I think so, but I want to try. Yeah. How much of these humans.
I'm not gonna deny that. Are you ever gonna grow your hair long again?
Yes, I got. Yeah, I'm actually. I really liked.
Had a youthful look to it.
Dad. Dad strength. Yeah. Yep. I told. When Tom was like, eight or nine, I told him that I was always going to be able to beat him up and that when I was, you know, 80 years old and he was 60, I would beat him up in front of his kids.
Yeah, I don't. I don't buy that. I think it's so possible.
Yes. Gen Z is going to live forever. Just make sure you're getting the basics right. Sleep, diet, exercise. Try to avoid bad stuff.
We should start a generation called Gen zero.
Yeah. Yeah. You guys, what do you think about that, actually? That we. We, all of us are Gen 0.
Yeah. Instead of going to Alpha, because that'd be the next letter you go to before alpha. Gen0.
And we invite everyone, all ages, all ethnicities, everyone is in the same on the same team.
Yep. Gen zero, the immortal generation.
It is going to take a lot of us, though, to make the changes in the world we need. My left ear is 64. My right ear is 38. I think Talmad's hearing is perfect, though. We tested his hearing next to mine. Yes. We're trying hyperbaric. We're trying to HBOT in the next two weeks. I got a system that's going to be installed here at the house that I can do every day. We're going to do the Israeli protocol. So I think it's something like 60 sessions over 90 days. And we're going to measure telomeres and a bunch of other markers. So we're going to put HBOT to the test, isolate it as an intervention, and see if it's efficacious do we look fake?
Kind of.
Yeah. I want to go on Joe Rogan. I think he and I would have a good time. We have a lot in common. Oh, yeah, this guy. This is 5MEO DMT, this tattoo. Thank you, friends on the 1 million. Yeah.
This is pretty wild. How long ago did it start? Like.
Like two years ago. Yeah. Yeah.
How does it feel?
Euphoric. Yeah.
Seems like a sustained high.
That's right. Yeah. There's a big group of us in the world doing this. Yeah. Yeah. On the tattoo, I only have one, but tattoos interfere with skin therapies, so if you've got a bunch of tattoos, you can't do them. So I'm glad I only did one. When we do skin therapies, we put a little tape over this to avoid the interaction.
Someone said you should tattoo all your biomarkers, your whole body.
That's a good idea. What are some of the questions? Oh, with my teeth, I got. On the top here, I got no. What do you call them? No prep veneers. So I didn't want to shave my teeth down, and so I worked with my dentist. This is the same one I did all the rejuvenation with on the mouth, where I got my mouth to, like, age, like, 20 something across. Attachment loss and what's the other one? Attachment loss and pocket. Pocket depth and then gums bleeding. Plaque index. So we. We did no prep veneers, so I didn't have to. I didn't have to shave down my teeth to do that. Do you become younger than myself? Yeah. I mean, my goal is to be like talmadge, and you're already pretty much there. I look sleep deprived. Actually, I'm not it. It's. I have bags under my eyes because I got really skinny. When I first started doing blueprint, I went down to 1950 calories. I got really skinny. I just. I've lost a lot of volume here under my eye, and it's very hard to replace volume. So you could look like mannequins. You can do filler under the eye to do it, but the problem is that just masks the aging. And also the filler migrates. We've tried to not do anything that masks aging. We've just tried to be raw. What you see here with me is legit efforts of rejuvenating. We're not trying to cover up anything. I'm an imperfect human, and I'm on full display for everyone to see in real time how we're doing this. Yeah, you'll See like a lot of people, of course they math. A lot of people will look better than me. They just mask their aging. Like you could definitely do surgery and fillers and botox and like appear younger, but it's not legit rejuvenation. That's why I think going like looking at my comprehensive biomarkers, I have potentially the best biomarkers in the entire world. So under eye bags aside. Yeah, I'm potentially the best in the world on that. So good model for everyone else though. The gene therapy had positive effects. A 7% increase in muscle mass and then my speed of aging dropped to 0.64. A new personal best. A cure for herpes. Yep. Super veggie. We are struggling with that. We've created the formulation. I've had it here myself. I'm not sure how many of you are going to like it. What do you think? Super veggie.
It's pretty hard to make veggies into powder.
Yeah. Do you think it'd work?
I think you definitely try enough iterations and get to a point.
You need to work on making Johnson bigger for us, please. Daily dental routine. So do. This is pretty simple. In this order, do water, pick, floss, brush, and do it twice a day. How do I get girls? Brian Talmage. How. How does one. How does one find potential partners?
Well, they have to have good plasma first. Yeah. That's a no brainer. Yeah.
On the GR7. It works for some, it doesn't work for others. So there's not very many good gray reverse solutions out there. Yes. Talmadge. He is. Talmadge is a great kid. Oh, Talmadge. Vampire. Talmudge. Tell everyone about your new personal best.
Oh yeah, last night I finally hit a new personal best on whoop of HRV.
What was it?
I think it was 145. Yeah, I've been struggling with it for like years. I finally got it down. I call it like the Brian effect. Whenever I'm like in this house, I just get tired sooner. I go to bed earlier. I get better sleep, I eat better. It's like this, this weird effect. I'm not complaining though.
Yeah, I love it. How do you get good plasma? I recently had my plasma taken out because I did PRP in my ankle, which means they draw your blood, they separate the blood and the plasma, they put the plasma back in, they concentrate it. The yellow stuff, Right, the yellow stuff, yeah. And the doctor told me I had the cleanest plasma he's ever seen. He's been doing this for 20 years, so if you take. If you look at your plasma, you. It doesn't lie. It shows you how clean or dirty you are inside. Do I hit my kid? Actually, no. Talmage and I have never been in a fight in our entire lives.
It's actually honestly crazy.
Yeah, we've never. He's never been in trouble. We've never been mad at each other. Yeah, we all need a Brian in our house, you know, I would love to be that kind of influence in your lives. Yeah. So when Talmad was in high school, well, in school, his mom and I were still married and he had this early morning seminary that he, like, he would get up at like 5am and go at 6am before school. And I was just like, please, no. It's not good for his brain to begin about staying up until midnight doing homework and then getting up at 5am and so his sleep was disastrous. And then your diet also was not great. And so I've been working on getting Talmadge to be in a good place for years. So, yeah, this is his. He got seven days of perfect sleep. I got seven days of perfect sleep. He got a new HRV record of 145. So he. His win is equally joyful for me because we worked on it for a long time together.
Our biggest projects.
Yeah, I got the tattoo because 5 Meo DMT was the most significant experience of my life. It showed me all a new reality I never imagined possible. And it gave me hope that we're baby steps away from creating super intelligence. If we really sober ourselves up in this moment, seriously, just for a moment and talk about this, we could be on the cusp of the most extraordinary existence ever in this part of the galaxy. We're creating super intelligence. And so the question for us is, what do we do? Seriously? So this 5 Meo DMT was kind of introduction to, like, what could conscious existence be like when you have the ability to engineer atoms and molecules and organisms? Like, when we can engineer reality at every layer. So I think it's a really cool question and the coolest question we could possibly ask in this moment. That's a good compliment I'll give to my son.
Yeah. What you're going for.
Talmage is like a. Talmage is a. A beautiful human. Like a perfect specimen.
50% of you.
Yeah, hopefully more. Hopefully.
Yeah, yeah.
How to. Okay, Talma, how did you improve your hrv? Tell them.
I think the number one contributing factors, exercise consistently, don't eat junk foods and don't eat close to bedtime. And then everything else is helpful, but those are the biggest ones I found. And my HRV used to be like 50s, so I tripled it. Pretty much doing the basics. It's really the basics. Just diet, exercise. It accounts for so much.
Talmadge's, the name of. Talmadge's name is. It's a family name going back a few generations. And I was basically revolting because my name, Brian Johnson, is the most common name. There's so many. There's so many.
Brian Johnson's like the number one, probably.
Yeah. And so I just. I really have disliked my name for how generic it is. So I wanted to give Talmadge a distinct name. And so I. I love the name. Yeah. Meditation, Talmud and I both meditate daily. We do breath work as well. Thanks, everyone, for being so kind. Brian is the Never lettering. Thank you, guys. See, this is why I love you guys. You're. You're funny and you're dark and you're kind and you mess around. It's. It's really fun to hang out with you. Yeah. In terms of how long I think I'll live. So the thing is, that's okay. So I think this is like a. A truth of this moment is we are transitioning as a species from knowing to not knowing. So that means, like, for example, Talmadge is going to school right now, and he's trying to decide what to study. He's currently studying math and CS so that he knows where to work after school. He has no idea what to choose. Like, no one has any idea what the world's going to be like in three years with the advancements in AI. And so this is like all of us. So when you say, like, how. How long can you live? I'm 46. Chronologically, you know, biologically a bunch of different ages, but we have no idea. And so I don't know why we'd think in terms of like 120, 140, 200, we potentially get to a stage where we just have no idea how long and how well we can live hundreds, thousands of years. I mean, it's. No one can say anything, so I think that's cool about it. I love the uncertainty, personally. So the question is, how do you cope with uncertainty? I love it. I. I think it's energizing. I like it more than knowing. I'd rather have a day not knowing what's going to happen than a day of predictability. So I guess I've tried to work on that skill set.
It's like I say the gambler's addiction. The best part is that you don't.
Know what's going to be next. Yeah, Hydrogen water. Yeah we've been playing with it over the past week. A friend gave me a device he has to make it so we, we just started playing with it and we need to figure out how to measure it because if you can't measure it then you know it's like kind of worthless because you don't know if you're doing something positive or negative. So we'll have to figure that out. Stoicism, that's a good philosophy that's endured a long time. So yeah, I like structured philosophies about how to live life. I think it's really helpful to have something stable on like how you think about. I'm the more human version of Mark Zuckerberg. Thank you guys. On the 1 million subscribers. 1 million of us. It's us.
You know how a lot of YouTubers call their subscribers like something Ians or like they would call like soldiers in.
A way or like yeah.
What would you call yours? Because what are we like don't die zeroists.
Gen0.
Gen Gen0. Yeah. Like don't die.
Yeah. You guys, who are we as a group? Yeah.
Like when people look at this group of people, what do they say?
Johnson's. Johnson Long. Johnson. Immortalists. Immortals. Immortals. Ask Chat GPT Human 2.0 knowns. Zeros. The immortals. The vampires. Procrastinators. Yeah, that's good. Brian Johnson's don't die johnsonators. DD0G eternals. Lobsters, nutties, Olives.
Evos.
Legends. Smurfs, Mom Olympians. Atheists. That's cool.
Extra Virgins.
Lizards, Cultists. Sleepers. Evos.
It's a lot of options.
Undead Blue Printers.
Evening Brian's Grave Diggers.
Potato potato. My my veggies. Blade runners. Biohack. The Awaken. Good ideas you guys.
Everlassers.
It's amazing to have see 2,340 brains working together to solve a problem in real time.
This is like last time chatgpt Both people.
Zero sapiens home ideas.
Yeah he's like for Homo sapien right now.
Laza R Us. That's really clever. Homo Futura Eggs Everlasters. The Green Giants. DMT Enjoyers. When I set this up I save I check the box for live comments and so this replay will have all of your comments which your comments are better than the host for sure. Yeah that's the thing. You guys are the the real show here. You're right. Uranus Ites Life Maxers yeah. You guys, we're going to start. We just started looking at the anus. So we did the heart and the lungs and liver and the pancreas, the brain. We did my penis, and now we're going to look at the anus. Like, what do you do to have a healthy anus? Yeah, we're going to look at fetal transplants, too. Brightness Homo bryantis. Yeah, that's great. Yeah, so I'll. I'll help you with your ass. Everyone, help is on the way. If you. If even if you don't have problems with your ass, I'm going to help you.
What's it coming at right now?
Subscribers.
Yeah.
Oh, Not up anymore. I shot. Yeah. Do I have guns? I shot a lot of guns as a kid. I grew up in a rural town on a farm, and guns were just everywhere, all the time. Anus care. Blueprint. Anus care. You know, like, old anuses get cancer. So you want to have a young anus. Of course, you want functional capacity, but you don't want. Yeah, you don't want colon cancer. That's, like, not a joke. All the. The. How. The thing is, Kim Kardashian and Hubimon. Fun. We had a great time. Everyone was cool. We had a great conversation. It was a lot of fun. We have many more friends. We're hosting two more Don't Die events this week. One on Wednesday, one on Thursday. That will be exciting. And then one more next week on Friday, hopefully. You know what we should do? Oh, we should do a Don't Die dinner. All of us, together on live. We should do that. Okay. How would you guys feel about doing a don't Die dinner together? It would be like, okay, I would tell you what to prepare, so you have it at home and you. We eat together and then we have the conversation. Okay, I'm sold. All right, cool. Enough of you guys are in on this. Okay. Dinner time together. Many people report it's one of the most consequential experiences of their life. Street tacos. Okay, you guys, we're gonna do it. I'm going to schedule it, and I'll post the schedule live and then we'll do it. Let's see, when do we do it, I wonder? Maybe like a. Probably like a Saturday morning, like at 9 Pacific or something like that. You can. Yeah, you can eat whenever you want. Methylene blue. We've played with it a little bit. We don't think it's a power law, so we try to focus. There's so many things to do when you get into the world of health and wellness, you. I know. A backflip. I agree. A backflip and be able to dunk. That would be. That's the thing.
It's possible.
They want us to arm wrestle, talmage.
I just know the outcome, you know.
See, what does it feel like? Okay. We have to be careful, though, because, like, be. We'll just be like. Leave it there. Yeah. But just to feel each other back a bit. Yeah. Like, put your arm over here a little more. Can't. Like, can you squeeze in between there?
I squeeze right here.
Yeah.
I think it's what they do in, like, actual arm wrestling. You can hold on to something.
Okay.
Do you want to?
Yeah, but I don't think we're really gonna arm wrestle because.
Okay.
This will probably break, but just fill it, like, just. What do you think? How's that feel to you? Does that feel.
I think I need a couple years. Yeah.
What do you think?
Like, you're still this formidable force.
Yeah. Like, it's intimidating to fill. Yeah.
Or it's your grip strength.
Yeah.
One of the two.
Yeah. What do you guys think? I don't care. Yeah. Yeah. I think I would win. You know what?
I will humbly forfeit. I'll give you the win.
Well, we're not. There's no win or lose. We're just. We're just sizing it up. Yep. Do you guys. Have you guys ever arm wrestled?
Your.
Your parents? Oh.
I feel like that's a transition from, like, kid to adult.
A thumb war. 1, 2, 3, 4. Let's have a thumb more. 6, 7, 8.
You'll be on my dinner plate. You heard of the different tactics where you can just.
No. Oh, yeah, that. Like the. That's like the. A kick move.
Yeah.
Oh, you have lotion on.
Yeah.
Yeah. Oh, you guys. The Talmud has lotion. This is gonna be very. There's no way. No.
Okay.
There's no way. There's no way I can pin. It's impossible.
Yeah.
With that. With lotion on, you can't. Yeah. Oh, give me a thumbs up. Yeah. If you do. If you do.
Two thumbs up.
Yeah. Oh, that's it.
Or if you do.
Oh, we should have done that. Yeah.
You can also do this, too. I think that works.
Yeah. See? Oh, that's cool. Yeah.
Yeah.
Okay, guys.
Cool.
My son just beat me with a. With a thumb war.
It was a good tie.
Yeah. I mean, that's the thing. You want your kids to exceed you in all things. Yeah. The blueprint cocoa powders is Good. I have a dinner date with a billionaire. You do. We're gonna do this together. You look like Michael Jackson. Thanks, you guys. There's literally no insult that gets under my skin. Talmage is my blood bank. That's true. Actually we just did the plasma thing once, but yeah. Thomas, I just had a water discussion today. Talmage was drinking 120 ounces a day and. He's gonna lower it to 60 to 80 ounces because we get a lot of water in our diets. And then because he was getting up.
Like two or three times per night to urinate. Just messes with sleep a lot.
Yeah. So 60 to 80 ounces with it being mineralized. So you can do. Yeah. Too much water. Talmage. So he has too much water. So I suggested. Yeah. 68. 60 to 80 ounces plus mineralized either in tea or a few drops of electrolytes. So not too much. And then I think Talmadge will not. He just got his new record HRV of 145. So I think it just keeps on going up. But like you must feel like a God at 145. I'm so jealous.
I spent 30 minutes looking at it this morning.
Tell me the fish. I don't know if distilled water is bad. I love all the vampire insults you get. Thank you. Yeah, I. I find all the hate insults and hate I get really good too.
So much good material.
It is. Yeah. All right, cool you guys. So action item on my side. Post the date for the. The dinner or don't die dinner together. And then what else is on your mind? What else can I do to be useful to you in life? Sun umbrella. Yep. A giveaway.
Okay.
Oh yeah. We actually are with the 1 million thing. I think we're gonna give away some stuff. Best way to get blood work depends on what country you live in. If you're in the U.S. we use function health for blueprint. They're good. And then outside the US we found it to be pretty challenging. Yeah, I know. Blood work in Europe we tried Canada, Germany, uk. UK was okay in Australia. But getting blood work is very hard, sadly. So with this don't die nation state, we're going to try to make it easy where you can get connected with providers who can do it. A plasma giveaway. Yeah. Yamanaka factors on humans. We agree. Yeah. So like what new limit is doing and a few other companies really promising anti aging therapies are in the pipeline. Like we. They're now being worked on and you can see measured progress. Which is encouraging. A Don't Die directory. Yeah, we're launching a Don't Die app and I would say it's going to be out in something like the next 30 to 60 days. It's going to be a social app that will allow all of us to be together. So we'll post pictures, we'll have our wearables, giving live data, and just to get all of us in the world together. A place to hang out. Like, basically, when you're on social media, do you leave social media feeling like you're a better person or do you feel. Do you leave feeling sad? And this is meant to try to be a positive thing on health and wellness. Yeah, we're on Discord right now. The problem with Discord is it's very hard to organize. It's overwhelming to a lot of people and you can't really structure conversations. Like, Reddit has a nice threaded structure. Discord's a little wild.
