Yeah, 100 don't die t shirts. I have my speakerphone books, olive oil cutouts. What else? Oh, I have a rope. I have a little group activity in the beginning, which will be fun to have the energy. So today we're going to do a don't die trail run. Last week was my first one. On Saturday, I messaged out on social media, hey, come join me tomorrow morning. And I got about 11 people confirmed this week. I posted on Wednesday, and we had over 100 people respond last week. It was just kind of haphazard. I just threw a bunch of stuff together. One guy who came, he was like, yeah, this is a vibe. This is cool. You never know. It's 100 strangers, it's 7 in the morning, it's cold. So I need to somehow break through with the energy of, like, you know what? We're feeling good about life and going to have a great time. Because the objective is at the end of the run, end of the morning, that people are exchanging information. They've hung out, we've made new friends. We'll see if we can get them there. It'd be cool if we can hit the right vibe, though, How long the trail is and how long it typically takes. The trail's 3.2 miles long and it's an incline of around, I think, 1100ft. So the first 17 minutes, you're climbing the 1000ft. It's the heart. The hardest part is going uphill, and then you make it to the peak. If you can make it there by 17, 30, 18 minutes, then you'll be on track to do the entire trail in about 34 minutes. 33 is my best ever. 34, man. It really gets you like you're rolling in and you're about dead. I love that we're on time. It'll be nice to get everything set. Compliance with stop sign is subject to video enforcement. That is true. I got a $75 fine. People are excited. Yeah, people are excited. I feel really fortunate that people genuinely feel disengaged. Several people are flying in from. I think one or two people are flying in from Europe, a few people from Canada. That's amazing. I feel so fortunate that this touches a nerve that produces with that kind of reaction. It's amazing. I feel so grateful. I'm John. I'm from Newport Beach, California. I saw he posted about the run on Instagram, so I signed up as soon as I could. So I flew from Philadelphia. I'm excited to be here. I started following the blueprint. It's Definitely life changing. So glad to be here. Hey, good morning. How you doing? I'm Brian. Brian. Welcome. Brian with a y too. Oh, great. Yes. Flew in from Canada. Amazing. Welcome. Oh, my gosh. Glad you made it. I just got a T shirt here. Right. We all want to be connected and we want to derive strength from each other. We don't want to compete. We want to be in a rhythm. So half on this side, half on this side. And keep tension the rope. There you go. And try to find rhythm. Yeah. Now we all feel each other. Good. That's nice and smooth. Okay, some questions. Do we care that McDonald's has a toy and they're value mills? No. Join up. Join up. Hey, guys. Welcome. How you doing? I'm Brian. Hey, good to meet you. Good to meet you. All right, cool. Mission accomplished. Let's go to the trailhead and do this. All right. Was that ridiculous? You know, reminds me of middle school. Hey, guys. I'm kind of speechless. This is amazing. All united in an endeavor because for the trail. A few notes about it. If you haven't done it before, it's. It's really rocky and it's rough, so be very careful with your ankles. I about fell off a cliff. So it really is dangerous on some. Some parts. So definitely don't die. That would not be a good outcome. We're going to try to get a 34 minute time. It's really painful. So if you're down for that, we're going to try to do it. It's 1730 to the top and then it's a run down. The rundown is really great. Cool, cool. And then we'll come back, we'll eat nutty pudding together. We'll do shots of extra virgin olive oil. We'll hang out, we'll become friends. How's that sound? Yeah, this is great. I mean, how exciting is this? Hi, guys. Yeah, sorry. Are you guys running it? Yeah. Oh, cool. Sa. How you feel? Yeah, it's fun. Takes everything I have all the time. I think just over 34. Nobody do it like I do. Nobody do it like me. Hey, guys. How was it? Easy stroll. No one broke a sweat. I think we're still waiting for about 80 more people to finish. You used to be a bar made, so I am uniquely qualifying for this. So after we do the run, a shot of olive oil and some nutty pudding. Building family. Thanks. You got yours. You're welcome. Oh, my God. Thank you. Thank you. Yeah, you're welcome. Everyone. Let's. Let's come in. How was the trail challenging. I fell over. Oh, no. Oh. You okay? Yeah, yeah, I'm fine. You guys, this is really remarkable to be together just spur of the moment, all of us from all over the place getting together. To me, you know, it's interesting that 13.8 billion years in this universe and then a few billion years in this earth, we're here right now, and we're baby steps away from creating superintelligence. To me, this don't die. Yes, it's about health, yes, it's about wellness, but really, it's about sobering ourselves up for what could be this extraordinary existence just that defies our imagination. So that's what this community really is about. To me, I'm glad you're all here. And you're here for different reasons. You have different things going on in your life. So I thought we'd spend a few minutes and just bop around, you know, what's on your mind in life, it doesn't have to be about health, doesn't have to be about wellness. It can be sincere. It can be genuine. We can turn off cameras, right? So this is just like a moment we share together that is ours alone. But I'd love to feel where you're at and love to be friends that we're doing this together. So how do you think about that? Yeah. All right, camera's off. One of my favorite moments of that gathering was after the run. We got together, and I got everyone grouped up, and I asked each, you know, if people just wanted to share what was on their minds. Personal struggles, challenges with health and wellness of their loved ones, what they care about in life, what they're trying to achieve, and what are the challenges that they're facing. So we really connected as a group, so I'm really encouraged. I cannot believe one person made the comment that his friend invited him last minute, like, hey, you want to go do a run set at 7am Saturday morning? And he's like, here. What is it about? And he showed up. He's like, I cannot believe this is the situation, that this many people would show up and it'd be this energetic. So it's special, really motivating, I think, for everyone there.
