Hi, everyone. Today is blood draw day. I'm excited. I love it. Yes, I'm going to get poked. But you know what? It's part of the process, and I love getting the results. You know, I could take a trip to the grocery store, walk up into the aisles and say, that looks nice and that marketing is really clever, and that seems like it's going to taste nice. But today is grocery shopping for the organs. I'm going to draw blood from my body and I'm going to ask all the organs, what do you need? And so if you think about it in that way, the liver is reporting out its state with its enzymes, the cholesterol and triglycerides. The body is reporting out how it's doing. And you can take the data as they speak, look at scientific evidence, and they design the protocol appropriately. So we use the results from the blood results to adjust my diet, my exercise, my entire routine. And so it's really a nice snapshot.
