Pretty exciting day for me. Gonna finally do an unboxing of the BP 5000 protocol. Alright, let's do it. So we got the blueprint, Evo got the nutty pudding, blueberry mix, longevity mix, essential capsules, ginger, red yeast, rice and essential soft gels. I have not tried Brian's blueprint blend. Watching some of his videos. Tried different extra virgin olive oil. That's pretty good. That's strong. It's a little bit more smoother. I kind of like it. Some people love it, some people hate it. Longevity mix. Wow. It smells very tangerine, very citru Citrusy. So mix it with water. Consume with foods such as nutty pudding super veggies, similar. Wow, that's really good. The moment I've been truly waiting for is a nutty pudding. So directions and mix one scoop with 2 to 3 ounces of milk optional. Add a scoop of blueprint, blueberry and nut mix. Nutty pudding. Here you go. It's really good. Honestly I could have done two scoops. The biggest difference for me in diet wise is getting the time to prep this, but it's only five minutes and pretty calorie dense.
