Live. Hey, anyone there? Hello? You know, it doesn't actually look like there is because it's new. One. Okay. There you go. Maybe that's. No one here now. I could. If there's no one here, I'll call him on mute. Sam. Hi, everybody. I was worried. I've been hanging out here for a few months. I didn't see anyone jump on. We're streaming live directly via YouTube. We were using another application last week and so this is. We were trying to figure out the technical issues. Oh, here's everyone. Hi. Yeah, my team is off for the 4th of July here in the US so it's. It's just me. So if people are going to go crazy in the comments, you're going to have the ability to do so. Yes, I think longevity escape velocity is coming. Thank you. Oversoul. Why am I not wearing my blue crop top? I agree. I probably should wear it. What do you think of that? Unleash the masses. Go crazy. Hi, Legolas. Yeah. Yeah. This is, I think, the first week that my face is not messed up. I've had stuff going on and today I'm getting BBL therapy. So intense. Pulse light. This machine we're using is cyton. Yeah, my face looks much better this week. Yeah, I agree. Hi, Brazil. I'm getting this BBL treatment done on my face and my whole body. I'll post the specific effects. I'll share exactly what protocol I do. I'm skin type number three. How old? I'm chronologically 45. My left ear is 64. My heart's 37. My diaphragm is 18. My cardiovascular capacity is age 18. I know. Dr. Fahey. Yes. On the TRIM trial stuff, he did HGH. We recently paused the HGH because I had some side effects. We're going to publish that in the update. So I'm not doing HGH as of a month ago. Yeah, bbl, it hurts a lot. It's like being singed. Keto. I don't really know the science behind keto. I don't do it. But not to say I don't know really much about it. Hi. Hi, Paris. Yeah. Workout video and playlist. Okay. Yeah. Also, I need to do books. Am I agnostic? You know, I like this quote from Edward Murrow. Anyone who's not confused doesn't really understand the situation. That's kind of how I feel about life. This whole thing, like my whole conscious experience, it's so much the technological singularity. Surely seems like we're evolving very quickly and that we want to be on that path. Do I have news regarding Blueprint xx? Yeah, Blueprint XX is here with me right now. She's on day number four. It's been really fun to watch her go through this process. We did a bunch of conversations about this and I was telling her that I thought she was going to have like a few pretty significant challenges with her going through psychological changes, identity changes, a whole bunch of stuff. And that's exactly what's happening. So she's recording this whole thing. We're doing some videos today. We're actually going to work out together and we're gonna get that on video and then we're going to publish a video in 30 days that about her first 30 day experience. And the question is, can she do it? And that will be the reveal of who she is. Yes, I know Kurzweil, he's a friend. Yeah. Air quality is a significant thing. I monitor in the house and outside all the time. My, my single rep match map single rep max bench press is 240. Although I really don't go for heavy weights, I try to avoid injury at at all costs. So I really am pretty light. I go for reps more than I do weight. We have a few air air purifiers we have. We've reached out to the companies that we use and ask them if they have capacity to ship. So we're waiting to hear back from them. There was that recent the fires in Canada that were blowing over the Northeast in the United States most of the air purifiers were purchased. So I will share. Once we find a vendor that has some stuff we'll, we'll post this and for your purchase. Do any of my friends want to visit Earth a lot? They're kind of excited about what's happening here. What do I say about the carnivore diet and say that vegetables have anti nutrients? It's best to have the conversation with data. Human opinion is entertaining. Data is much more reliable. That's really what Blueprint has been trying to do is punch through the noise and look at data. I look great. Thank you. Do I get nightmares? No. Weirdly I have wonderful dreams for some reason I don't get. I don't have nightmares. Yeah, we're working on 100% dark chocolate because it's been very hard for us to find a consistently good human opinion is blah blah, blah blah. Yeah, it's been hard for us to find good high quality dark dark chocolate toothpaste. I use I believe a Sensodyne or Toms. Yeah. Seven year old. And sleep is very hard. Yeah, sleep is really, really hard. Even now it's difficult for me to like even this. Even small deviations in daily habits can change my sleep. How do I take care of my eyes? I do. I have several drops. I need to post about this. We just did a bunch of eye protocol stuff. I have not posted that yet. We're doing a few things to try to eliminate cataracts in my eyes. I also have dry eye syndrome, so I need to keep it. I have that Iter 100 device that vibrates this nerve here and then a couple drops. I'll post those. We just tried a brand new thing as of like a month ago. Yeah, I mean so David, I know David Sinclair were in touch and I love what he's working on. I hope that it's next level stuff. It's really encouraging. He and a bunch of other people are working on this epigenetic reprogramming which is really promising. This is why I, you know, really is time for all of us to buy a ticket into the future. We want to be. We do not want to miss this show. So start now. Yeah. What do I think about dishwashing, detergent and contamination? You know, there's like, there's so many of these. These questions about all the environmental factors and. And I know that some of these things are damaging and hard. We have not addressed everything. So there's certainly very big gaps we have in blueprint. And there's also a lot of things that you guys do that I don't. That just. That's great. We go by the evidence and evidence is helpful because you then get to target things that have gone through the appropriate scientific method. But it also eliminates stuff that is also good that doesn't have evidence. So blueprint is by no means saying we've covered all things. It just means that we have a thing that we've done based upon evidence. But certainly many things you do which would be helpful for me to pick up. Our approach does leave out a lot of stuff. Hit the like button to keep it. Wait. What? You guys are all such positive energy. I really enjoy hanging out with you. I meditate, I do breath work on a daily basis. It's easier for me to systematically do it. Yeah. Eating early is for sleep. That's exactly right. You are very negative. Hey, you know what? Like that's your thing. Do it. Thank you. Yeah. For ibs, we've started doing some stuff for the microbiome. I need to publish that as well, what we do with Blueprint is we trial a bunch of stuff for a couple months. We see if we like it and if it sticks and if it does, we'll post post it. So we're always a few months behind publicly sharing what we're doing privately just to make sure that if we feel like it's. Yeah, it's ready to share with everyone. It's like Blueprint. Whatever I say today is going to be not true tomorrow. That's what I've learned consistently. And never to say never because it just like takes such a wild turns. I work out every day, one hour every day, and I feel great. I feel rested, I never feel sore. I don't do asana the not. Not because it doesn't have benefits, but because we can't find longevity connection to it. I have my sheet grounding device on the Blueprint website. I do ground the sheets. We're doing it for glutathione production. We found some good evidence on that for olive oil. We source it from both hemispheres in the world. It will be available in the next 30 days. I don't do a cold bath because we. Again, we. Not because it doesn't have benefits. It has other good benefits, but we can't connect it to longevity benefits, which is what I'm primarily trying to do. And so with the amount of things I do on a given day, I. We have to prioritize. I can't do everything. So caloric restriction, you know, my muscle mass has stayed high so it's actually just fine. And I'm sorry, everyone. This must be really frustrating. You type in a question and then I. It goes so fast on the screen I can't capture it. So I'm sorry about that. I wanted to find a better solution. Acne scars and wrinkles. Laser is great for that. I don't do WIM hof. I never have. I tried it once. Stem cell. Yes, we've considered it. We are doing our first MSC therapy in October. So please keep that a secret because I'm not going to say anything publicly for a little while. Can we just make this our secret club together? I'll give you guys all the secrets, but you got to keep it secret. I'm vegan by choice. Thanks. Thank you. Thank you for the confidence. Wow, it's going so fast. Again, you guys, I'm really, really sorry, I can't answer these all. Yes, Blueprint for women. It's on its way. As I mentioned, Blueprint XX is with me right now. She and I are going to work out. She did her VO2 max testing and she did her single rep max test on her bench press. And then now she's been working out in the gym every day. So we're going to do my full cycle. I already worked out for an hour this morning and I swam and I'm going to do her workout with her today. So it's going to be a big day for me. Hair products, I do that. I do my laser cap with 312diodes, my topical solution which is on the website. And then I do every month I do PRF with dutasteride and acell. Yes. I use an eight sleep bed to control temperature. I drink a lot of water. My. My urine is neutral in color, not even yellow. So I'm getting an adequate amount of water. I try to stop drinking around noon or so so I don't get up at night to go to the bathroom. Allah. Turn on slow mode chat, yo. Okay, thanks. I pop out chat timestamp chat, top chat, live chat. Where's slow Mo chat? Okay. Slow mo chat is in YouTube studio. Okay. Okay. Can I turn it on right now? Yeah. Okay. All right. Gonna be too hard to do it. Thank you for the heads up though. Sorry. I am not proficient enough to know that I don't play video games. I love video games. I just really never have time to. I never make time to do it. I like to write a lot. Yes. I have a water purifier here at the house. Recently we are undergoing some water quality tests. We're trying to find the right ones to do and we're not satisfied with the test we have yet. We just found one where we ship off a few samples. We're going to try that to get a baseline. So I hope we have a report for you there. Go sleep. Also, I do have a life. Yeah. Riding is the best. My brain is able to talk to me in unique ways. Yeah. Talmad. Someone mentioned Talmadge. Talmadge is traveling. He's at a beach house this week with all of his cousins and his mother. Yeah. How can you join my cult? You know, like, honestly, I do wonder. You know, like the world used to be run by cults. Like really intense group membership. And we're pretty chill nowadays. Like we're so laid back. Maybe we need like a pretty good old fashioned cult to get things going. Huh? I'm just. I like to play around with stuff. Right. It's fun to talk about and it's fun to not be constrained by societal expectations on what you can or cannot say. So it's why I joke that I'm Satan and you know, Colts and stuff like that. What is my iq? I don't know. I haven't had it tested. But I'll tell you. I tested as an idiot in high school and college when I took standardized tests. If I would have answered B on all the questions, I would have got a higher score. For some reason, my brain just does not do well. I had to work 10 times as hard in school to get the same grades of my friends. I graduated with a 3.94 GPA. But man, I had to work so hard for my grades. It was school so hard for me. I wanted to leave school as fast as I could. Do billionaires do secret anti aging? No, they don't. Billionaires do. They do not do secret stuff. I've made all the stuff I've done public, so that's. I mean they do some stuff, but nothing more than I'm doing. I take a bunch of stuff like the carbos and the metformin for a lot of things like metformin for polyp, avoidance of polyp creation in my small, my intestinal tract, then blood glucose management. So there's a lot of. We have, for example, metformin, we have like a, a 50 page guideline we've written about why we take it. And my experience has been there's just no way to have a conversation in any reasonable way with anyone about this. And every scientist is going to disagree with each other. And so it's just like we just do our thing. We do it to the best of our ability. We win some, we lose some, but we publish all the data. Yeah, there's some questions on sexuality. I think we should probably talk more about that. We haven't talked at all. I look like an AI. I know. I look in the mirror sometimes I think the same thing. Like, what is happening? Sugar? There's none of it in my diet. Okay, I'm gonna look into this whole flow chat, guys. Sorry. Can you show a bicep live? Sure. So like that. How's that? Thank you for the love. Yeah, there's a lot of discord and Reddit groups. I've thought about doing this, but you know, honestly it's. It's pretty challenging. My schedule is really full right now and I want to be engaged as much as I can. It's just very hard. Like for everything I post publicly, I'll post one thing. I'll probably get 500 questions in response across various social media channels. It's just really hard to like be present and respond as fast as comments are coming in. Slow blink rate. Wow. Me. Yeah. Discord. Oh, yeah. My team saying that they don't think I can turn on slow chat mode after the live stream has happened. I'm sorry about that. I look young. Thanks. You know what? We've been working. So I guess for the first two years, we worked really hard on slowing my speed of aging. And one of the outcomes was I started losing a lot of facial volume fat because I was on this caloric restriction diet. So for the past four months, we have been working on revolumizing my face. And that's like the thing that people look at the most for age. And so I hope my face is gaining some volume a little bit. I've been doing autologous fat transplants, so injecting fat into my face. I also did some. The bio stimulator. I'm forgetting the name of right now. Sculptra. Slow mode is on. Send a message every one minute. Oh, I see. Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah. Okay, cool. So, hey, everyone, can we just try to slow our rate of messaging? If you just send a message like one per minute or so and they'll go a little slower and I'll try to answer these in more efficiently. Hey, great. As a community, we're going to solve this problem together. Yeah. The side effects for the hgh, I had intracranial pressure. So this was one of the things that Nordatropin listed as a potential side effect is pressure in your brain. I started getting that. It dropped my HIV like 15% or so. I started getting headaches. My sleep wasn't as good than a few others. So it was pretty noticeable in the data. So we stopped it. I don't think we're going to go back to the hgh. I think we'll maybe try something else on the thymus rejuvenation. Yes. I'm writing a book right now called Zeroism. I've been working on it for the past few days and this morning, and it's 37 pages right now. It's almost finished up and it's called A Blueprint for Humanity, a framework called Zeroism. And it's a way for us to think about how we go in the future. If we think about what frameworks in the world today offer something of value, of how we come together and understand ourselves. That's what I'm trying to solve for is like something that we can rally around that helps us cooperate. So I. Yeah, I'll have a. Hopefully a final draft ready in the past couple weeks. You know, I should probably pull it up and read you guys a little bit to get your reactions to it. Oh, you know what? I'm going to do that. Okay. Can I get some. Do you guys want to hear the open. The opening chapter or the opening forward of the book? Tell me if you do. And if you want to talk about. If you want to talk about blueprint stuff, that's cool too. We don't have to do that. Okay, cool. Let's do it. Okay, now I need to figure out. Let me figure out how to pull it up on my screen here. I didn't set up the streaming setup. Oh, you know what you can do? I can. Okay, everyone, here I go. Okay, ready? Okay, this is the forward. In 1997, I traveled to Ecuador as a missionary for the Mormon Church. It was a lot to comprehend. Dirt floors, mud huts, abject poverty and suffering. Many didn't know where their next meal was coming from and fought for survival on a daily basis. I was 19 years old, lost and confused. After two years, I returned to my home in Utah. While I was poor by American standards, my life was opulent in comparison. It was a dramatic juxtaposition of realities. I had been living in a little bubble, unaware. The only sense I could make of the situation was becoming aware of the inner fire that had lit within. Things could know must be better for all. How I had no idea. What could I do? I didn't have the slightest idea. 24 years later I first set foot in Ecuador in January 2023. An article by Ashley Vance appeared in Bloomberg Profiling Blueprint. A scientific regimen my team and I developed to harness the control systems of the human body and mind to slow and reverse aging. Quote how to be 18 years old again for only $2 million a year. That little flame within was now raging. Arriving at this point had been tumultuous. Starting and building multiple companies. A decade of chronic depression. An existential rebuild after leaving my born into religion. The end of a 13 year marriage with three children. Since the since that article's publication, I have become both admired and detested. From far reaching corners of the globe. People have called me all sorts of things. A narcissist, vampire elf, Prometheus, Patrick Bateman, Dorian Gray, the illuminati lizard person, etc. I am accused of being too pale, too skinny, too vain, too muscular, too reptilian, too idiotic, too too. Observers confidently assume that I am miserable and trapped. I am missing the point of life. They cycle analyze, diagnosing me with a crippling fear of death. With ridicule, they suggest I am a fool on a vain quest for immortality. These responsibles are predictable. They are things that people say when first confronted with ideas that are unfamiliar with or that challenge their identity. Many closest to me saw the onslaught of hate, vitriol and acrimony directed my way and offered their support. They were surprised to learn that I love the hate. It fills me with happiness. Why? I'm not entirely sure. Bored with many of the same hate tactics being used repeatedly, I created a Brian Johnson hate starter pack. Publicly sharing the best insults and inviting the haters to be better at their craft. I do not fear death. I sat at this doorstep for a decade via my chronic depression, desperately wishing I didn't exist. Had it not been for my three children, I probably would have done it. I know what it's like to be locked into a staring contest with death. Having overcome that, I now have an insatiable love of life deeper than I've ever experienced. But I know sometimes loving life is hard for so many reasons. I dream of an existence where we all want life, even in the darkest moments. For thousands, no millions of years, it's been the same story. We're born and we die in fairly predictable fashion right now in the early 2000 and twenties. We can't assume that anything that has been true will continue to be true. Anyone who says otherwise doesn't understand what's really going on. Blueprint is not just for me, it is for everyone. Blueprint is a plan to save ourselves, to instill in all of us a want to exist. Its philosophy I call zeroism. Welcome to the next version of human. Brian Johnson Venice, CA June 2023 what do you. Cool. I really appreciate this feedback. Yeah, thank you. I appreciate you listening to that and providing feedback. Cheesy, but respect. Let's have 1 billion following this protocol. I agree. I have the same want. Yeah, a best seller. I hope the more of us that can be together in our want for life, the better off we're all going to be. Thank you. I am going to read the audiobook. Thank you. Hi Germany. Talmadge takes a slimmed down version of the supplements I take. Some of the things are age based and in certain quantities. So in this blueprint product we've created, we basically have re. We've done a supplement product that is powder and pills that is good for 18 to 90 year olds. So it's like the dosages are on point. For everybody, For the brain. Well, good posture is one. So wherever you're at right now, imagine a string right here on top of your head. Pull it straight up. Good posture. And just remember that throughout the day, Talmaj and I have this thing where we make this sound. Zip. And whenever one makes a sound, it's a notification that we are in improper position. It just takes the slightest and we both just go right up. It's muscle memory. Now we don't even have to think about it. We do it. We do it. In conversations, 700 people said you straight up. Yeah, exactly. So posture dramatically affected my brain health. So I have data I'll share eventually. On mri, it reduced my white matter hyperintensities by nine years. So it. This is for me because my jugular veins are narrowly. Are narrow genetically. So it had a big difference on my, on my brain. Yeah. So it. The caloric restriction. You. If you do caloric restriction, which I'm on 2000, your testosterone just goes down. And. Yeah, if there's other ways to increase it at the same levels, great. I just maintain normal testosterone levels. I'm like 800 or so. So I don't go any higher. I'm just trying to be right there in the normal range by phasic sleep. I don't know the science behind it. Too much fruit. I know there's like certain quantities of fruit you should be eating and not too much. I have like a. A quarter of a cup of berries a day, plus the pomegranate juice and nutty pudding. What do I always have one drooping eye? Do I have a drooping eye? I don't know. Yeah. Andrew Huberman and I need to hang out. I agree with you. Yeah. You know what, on eyesight, we're looking right now at some eye procedures. I have 2015 and 2020, 2020 and 2015 vision, I think. But we're looking at potentially doing more. Am I? No, I'm in Los Angeles. I'm not in Texas. Yep, you're welcome. So we can do that as a group. Now. I exercises. I don't do any. I know that if you look. So I guess throughout the day, because I have the focus of our screens, I do look out and try to find objects that are like, you know, 100 yards away or even more to train my eye on different focal points. Joe Rogan. Yep. I agree. I wish Joe would invite meat. I, you know, I don't have an opinion. Blueprint does not have an opinion on meat. It just looks at the data. Yes. Sex is very important. Yeah, that's on my list. We should start talking about that more. I don't do yoga. I do a lot of stretching for my workout, but I don't haven't formally got into yoga. I've done it several times and I love it. It's very hard. I'm really impressed by people. Yes, I know Gabe. I know Gabe Newell. I went up and saw him during the pandemic. Yes, I know Peter Adia. I read his book. Yes. Yeah, Glycine. I do have Glycine with nac. It's in. It's in my supplement stack. Yep. Joe's a carnivore. It's all good. I wouldn't be after trying to convince him otherwise, you know, like, this is a thing. Like, he can do his thing, I can do my thing. We can look at our data. The wars around this thing is just not worth it. It's like once you trigger human primal war stuff, it's just bad. I do. Yes, I do 2000iu of vitamin D a day instead of doing a book. So if I wrote a book on blueprint, it would be outdated the day I published it. So I try to publish everything on the website. Tinted eyebrows. I got my. I got my eyebrow eyebrows tattooed. I have really light eyebrows because I just have light of light hair. And then. So I guess I have eyebrows now. I never really looked at my eyebrows before ever in my life. Is it porn? Yeah, porn is bad for your brain. I don't do porn, you know, on my hair. I do dye my hair, but the reason why my hair is darker is because I have this formulation I use which has some extract from a plant that's very dark. So that has an impact. Okay, I'm gonna wrap up here in a few minutes. So just as a discussion here, team. This is the final week of four weeks we said we would do together. And I've learned a lot. First of all, I've loved hanging out with you. It's been so much fun. I hope you like it too. I hope the whole situation is not very frustrating for you. We need to solve the comment speed so that it's not so chaotic. And so you each feel like it's worth your while to post a comment and not be canceled out. And then so I'm sorry about that. And then two is I need to figure out a format. The. You know, having HAL on the doctor was really cool because he could give a really nice perspective to people. Like, he's a trained psychologist. And then getting people on the show was really cool. The difficulty was, you know, screen getting people prepared for the show was just very, very hard going. And getting all the submissions, talking to people, seeing where they're at to make sure it's a good conversation. It's just a lot of work and we need to figure out how to. Yeah, I need a moderator. Yeah, we need to figure out how to do this in a systematic way. So if you want to email me your suggestions, you can share them now or you can email them to me, but I would love to continually engage with all of you on a regular basis. I need to figure out the format. So anyways, it's. I've thought. I'm thinking about this. It's on my team's mind too, and we'll see if we can come up with something. Until then, please hang out with me. I. I'm on YouTube and Twitter and Instagram and others and would love to, you know, be in touch with you. Oh, the email is. Hello, Brian Johnson, co. Thank you for the love. I appreciate your kindness. Okay, guys, so it's been amazing. Until I see you again very soon, I'm wishing you guys all the best. Best. We're in a new era of being human. Let's build our autonomous selves together. Let's create new cultural norms. Because this future could be the most extraordinary thing ever experienced by any human, by any intelligent form in the universe. It could be our opportunity. Don't care. Didn't ask. Still not buying. Clown. Thank you for being here. Okay, love you all. Take care. Bye. Zip worked. No, no, this is good. When I was messing around, what happened is I was messing around with the cursor and there's like multiple screens here, so I lost the. I lost the cursor. I had no idea where it was. Yeah, I know. I'm live. Yeah. You know, actually, you know what? I'm gonna hang out just for mix. I want to see the comments. This is really funny. Yeah, yeah. Bro doesn't know how to close a stream. Yep. Good. Hey, we're all still here. What's going on? There's a cursor function for that? Yeah, yeah. Renew is working. Maybe. I think maybe. Right. India, zip our way into the future. Yes. Tattoos. Yes. I got this. Wait, this guy. There's my tattoo. You guys are just so fun. The real guys stick to the end the tattoo. I'm going to leave it not known. Is that a self portrait? Yeah. Get a taller stand. Try looking higher and feel more relaxing. Okay, thank you. I don't like body hair. I got body hair for my armpits removed. No, I don't tan. I'm always doing therapies. So, visiting India. I just got an invite from a really cool person in India to come to a four place tour. It sounds fun. All right. You guys are great. Okay, this time I'm really going. I found the cursor. I know where it's at. I use tretinoin. Yes. 05 and 01. Bye, guys. Have a good day.
