Get your fingers and toes ready. In the past week, how many times have you eaten too much food, the wrong kind of food? Not gone to bed on time? Watched binge, watch something infinite scroll in social media? Alcohol, Smoking? I'll stop there. If you're out of fingers and toes, you're not alone. We have built societal norms so that self destructive behaviors are the norm. They're not seen as weird. Everyone can safely practice them in public, not feel ashamed. And what Project Blueprint is trying to do is bring awareness that that we are helplessly and hopelessly unable to stop these self destructive behaviors. So in my own case where I was engaged in these self destructive behaviors and specifically one in particular, at 7pm at night, I would eat too much food every single night. And of the wrong type, I fired that version of myself. And so I flipped the authority structure of me from my mind to my body and that's enabled me to achieve the best health of my entire life.
