Hi, everyone. Today is a special treat. I'm here with my friend Ben Patrick. He's also known as knees over toes guy. I found out about his work a couple years ago through my son, who was enamored with what he was doing. I've been doing it for the past two and a half years as part of a blueprint. I've never felt better in my entire life. I recently scored a personal record VO2 max of 58.7, which is in the top 1.5% of 18 year olds. I can also compete with my boys, who are 19 and 17 at almost everything. And I credit a lot of this to Ben Patrick's philosophy on how to go about exercising. Today he's going to train with me and I. I've asked him to treat me as though I was brand new to his philosophy on how to do exercise. So you watching can approach this. There's a lot of people in the fitness world who know Ben Patrick's work. A lot of you don't. So today, Ben's going to walk you through the basics of how you can start thinking about having the strength and mobility you need to do everything you want physically in life.
