I'll start with some HRV therapy. It is a representation of your nervous system. We've tried a lot of devices over the years. This one is from Parasym, and it attaches right here to this part of the earth. It's not the lobe. I've been doing 30 minutes in the morning and 30 minutes in the evening. HRV is a pretty significant biomarker for health and wellness. It also has very clear association with age. And so over the past couple years, I've been able to almost double my hrv, which is a remarkable improvement. My nervous system is really important monitor. It's a representation of how I'm doing internally, of how stressed I am, versus how relaxed and stable I am in life.
