In this video Bryan Johnson explains that he has invested millions to create a medical‑grade ultrasound clinic inside his house. He uses a hospital‑grade ultrasound machine to scan his entire body—including heart, lungs, liver, pancreas, prostate, as well as tendons, ligaments and muscles—to monitor health and assess the effectiveness of his gym training. He highlights that the scans provide detailed insight into joint health and overall organ function. Johnson also mentions a recent series of longitudinal lung scans taken after he contracted COVID‑19 (after three years of avoiding infection). The findings were alarming, underscoring how severely COVID can affect the lungs, and he promises to share those results in a future video.

A medical grade ultrasound machine. So a lot of people are familiar with ultrasound as what you see babies in the womb. This is hospital grade. And we use this machine to look at my entire body, so all the organs. For example, we look at my heart and my lungs, liver, pancreas, prostate. We also look at musculoskeletals. We look at tendons, ligaments, muscles. It's a way, for example, to evaluate what I do in the gym. Is it working? What are my joints look like? We also looked at this recently. When I got Covid, I avoided it for three years. Then I got Covid and we had all these longitudinal measurements in my lungs. Be sharing this in another video. But it was really terrifying.
