When I say that I've never been happier in my entire life, I sincerely mean it. I'm not trying to cover up, I'm not being dishonest. Like, I have been in some really bad spots in my life and I don't think life has ever been better. That is not to say that I don't struggle on a day to day basis with a variety of things like all of us do. It is to say that I've never wanted life as badly as I do now. As a kid, you just don't appreciate the situation. You're a kid. As you become an adult, it's this process of realizing how hard it is to navigate life on a regular basis. And over time you kind of get beat down. And so typically someone like myself who's 46, I would probably be pretty beat down. I might be jaded a little bit on this and that, but I feel like it's really gone the other direction where I have this spry appreciation for existence like I've never had before.
