Bryan Johnson finishes eating by 11 am and sleeps around 8:30 pm, achieving a resting heart rate of 46 bpm at bedtime. He sees the low heart rate as his best predictor of quality sleep, tied directly to how early he stops eating.
You're eating in a very short time window. Is there.
Some sort of reason why you've kind of condensed it to just like a three hour time window? If I finish my last meal of the day at 11am When I go to bed at 8:30pm My resting heart rate is going to be around 46 beats per minute. And if my heart rate is that I'm going to have a perfect night's sleep. My resting heart rate at the time of bed is my number one predictor for how well I'm going to sleep.
I got it. And so the more you've digested your food by then the more likely you'll have a lower resting heart rate which will give you a better sleep. That's true.
For me. You know other people say they that makes them too hungry, they get a stomach ache, they can't go to sleep. Sleep is like my number one life activity. So I've prioritized my life around it.
