Bryan Johnson's Blueprint project combined all published longevity science into one protocol and tracked thousands of measurements over years. The data shows anti-aging works. Johnson argues aging is no longer inevitable, and accepting it passively in 2023 is a choice people can refuse.

I think a lot of my friends and families, they are worried that this is like a fluke or it's not a real thing. But I mean, you have the data. I mean, what's the status?
We started this project with this question is we all heard the story of the fountain of youth. Exactly. People in a boat going to the jungle, going to a temple, drinking the magic elixir, and they've got it. And we wanted to pose a question. Where are we with the fountain of youth? If you look at all the science that's ever been published, you design a perfect protocol based upon that science, and you have someone like me who's willing to be perfect execution, what happens? And so we've taken thousands of measurements. I think if you look at the list of accomplishments of what we have over blueprint over the past few years, Anti aging is here. It's real, it's supported by science, it's supported by data. And what this does is when people look at this and they say, oh, I don't want to change my life because it's not worth it. I'm just going to die. I don't know if that's true anymore. I think that's true in the 20th century, but not in 2023.
