Bryan Johnson got an A+ on his semen analysis, with metrics matching a healthy 18-year-old. He credits his diet, sleep, and exercise routine, and argues sexual health shouldn't be shameful since it matters for reproduction and society. He wants others to get tested and talk about it openly.

I just got my semen test analysis report. Guess what grade I got? A plus. I asked the doctor, he gave me an A plus. He said this is what I'd expect in a healthy 18 year old. As you know, I work really hard on my health, diet, sleep, exercise, a whole bunch of other stuff. And this report was just perfect on every single measure. Sometimes I was 300 above average. Sexual health is really important for everybody. It's something we should talk about. It kind of lies in the shadows and when someone's having difficulty it's a source of shame and embarrassment. It really shouldn't be. Our bodies are complicated. Life is complicated. I'm hoping that by doing these things others are motivated to get themselves measured and then have the confidence to talk about it. It's really important for our society, like we exist to sexually reproduce. Having it to be a comfortable topic of discussion is probably really important to our success.
