Blueprint is a system of evidence protocol data repeated continually. It's not that we've produced the one and only right answer. If you're skeptical of 100 supplements, I'll walk through a few of the compliments we've had as a team of the measured output. So the first thing people say, taking 100 pills a day, this must wreck your liver. And so I have ideal liver fat 1.36%, which is in the top 10%. I have perfect liver iron and also stiffness. And so we're looking at my liver from blood markers and from imaging. So we're trying to take a multimodal measurement approach to say, how's my liver doing with these hundred supplements? So looking at my liver markers, including ALT, AST, and GGT, it's a combined number of 49. I recently shared that via social media and said, does anyone have any better markers than that? I didn't hear back from anyone. They're really good. And it was a 40% improvement over two years ago. So my liver is in great health.
