The objective was to create the most nutritious food program in history. The first one we tried to work on was Super Veggie. We couldn't find any product in the market that was getting two and a half, three and a half cups of vegetables a day. So over three cups is a clinically relevant dose. And it's just what we should all be getting on a daily basis. But it's very hard to get three plus cups of vegetables on a daily basis to buy them, prepare them, to eat them. So we made this. This is what it looks like. So it's a paste and you can put it on veggies, crackers. What are you mixing it with? Extra virgin olive oil and 2 to 3 ounces of nut milk. What do you guys anticipate when you see this? What do.
I'm down with that.
Wow. It's nothing that I thought it would be.
I think it's delicious. Making it at home. It didn't come out like this. Yeah, I meant lentils, broccoli, cauliflower, olive oil. Trying to follow pretty much the blueprint. I couldn't make it this good. I prefer this.
