Bryan Johnson spent millions on Project Blueprint, a two-year anti-aging effort. DNA methylation tests show his biological aging speed is slower than a 10-year-old's, and his epigenetic age reversed by 5.1 years.

I've been doing Project Blueprint for two years now. I've spent millions of dollars, and people look at me and they say, is it working? Because maybe you've heard about a world record I set in reversing my epigenetic age by 5.1 years. Some people observe me and say, that's weird. He looks just like a 45 year old. You're right. What's more important, though, is what's happening inside my body. There's a cool test I used looking at DNA methylation patterns. So basically, it's what my body is reporting out on how fast? Fast it's aging. My recent tests show that I'm aging slower than the average 10 year old. I'm aging slower than 88% of 18 year olds and 94% of people my chronological age. This means the speed at which I accumulate aging damage is on par with the 10 year old.
