With blueprint, we probably trial five to 10 new things in any given week. It's the identification of the thing, the evidence that supports it, whether it's strong or emergent. One thing we've been trialing lately, which was kind of funny, was using theta waves for improved sleep at hrv. And so I'll play this for you. It's just something you can find on YouTube.
