Bryan Johnson argues the wellness industry treats expert opinions like scripture instead of measuring outcomes. He claims to be the only person publicly posting his full health data, protocols, and mistakes, and challenges other gurus to do the same.
Chapters
A lot of the world of nutrition and health and wellness and anti aging to me is like religion. It's scripture and people read chapter and verse. People try to read chapter and verse and discern what do I do because this expert said this thing and I flipped it on its head and I said I don't care what anyone says. We need to measure, look at the science, implement and then measure. And as far as I know I'm the only person that has publicly posted my data. So I'm not saying here's my protocol and believe me, I'm saying here's my protocol, here's all my data and here's what I'm experimenting with next and here's where I've made mistakes and here's where I'm trying to fix it. If a guru wants to be out there offering their insights, they should be posting their data. If a person wants to take advice from somebody they should reference their data.
