Bryan Johnson, Dr. Mike Mallon, and Kate Tolo examine microplastics as a generational health threat. A French study found glass bottles contain 50 times more microplastics than plastic ones due to contaminated metal caps, and typical IV drips hold around 40,000 particles. Johnson reduced his blood microplastics by 93% through reverse-osmosis filters, stainless-steel containers, and sauna use.
