Bryan Johnson gets his urinary and sexual health measured at a urology clinic. His urine flow rate is 25 mL/s, top 10% for his age. He also undergoes ultrasound imaging, a post-void residual test, and a penile injection to measure arterial blood flow.
Today is about rejuvenating Johnson's Johnson. I'm about to go in here to the urology office and get my penis injected so we can do a whole bunch of measurements. Here we go. Wish me the best. Okay, so we're inside the office now. What we're going to do is first do a measurement with ultrasound, looking at my kidney and my prostate and my bladder. I have a very full bladder. I've been drinking a lot of liquids, and so I really need this to happen quickly because I need to go to the bathroom. After I get this assessed, I'll go into the bathroom and pee, which will test my urine strength. And then I'll come back in. We'll test my bladder again, again, to see how much residual fluid I have in my bladder. And then we'll do the penis injection. I will measure my arterial blood flow left and right in my penis.
